"You can shop for your dress while I'm with Keeva. I'll pick you up after we finish discussing the project." He yawned while sitting in the driver seat. "Don't forget to bring me a nice coat as well."

Tinaasan ko siya ng kilay. "Hindi ka na naman ba natulog?"

"Creative people barely sleep, love. Our minds won't let us." He patted my  shoulder. "Go before you end up screaming my name here."

I rolled my eyes. "Not in a million years."

He smirked. "So after a million years, you're gonna spread your legs for me, hmm?"

Mangani-ngani ko siyang sapukin. "Nah, Boss." Hinubad ko ang seatbelt ko. "I'd rather take the cash and let you stick your dick in anyone's pussy." Lumabas na ako ng kotse saka ko siya sinilip. "Get a haircut later. I won't bring you to your family with a hair like that."

Paano ay papunta na ng shaggy ang buhok niya. Tamad pang magtali kaya kahit wala akong anak na babae ay palagi akong may sanrio sa bag.

He laughed softly. "Yes, grandma."

I rolled my eyes on him before I slammed the door shut. Pinanood kong umandar ang kanyang itim na Rolls Royce bago ako nag-alcohol. Mahirap na. Baka mamaya may kweba na naman siyang pinasukan sa sasakyang iyon.

Papasok na ako ng botique nang mag-ring ang phone ko. I immediately answered the call after seeing that it was from Jancy.

"Hello?"

"Eloisa, sorry. I know I said I'll look after Noa kaya lang nag-page sila sa Kelton. They need me to come to work."

Napakamot ako ng sintido. Patay. Wala pa namang magbabantay kay Noa ngayon.

I tapped my fingers on my thigh as I think. Nag-iisip ako ng pwedeng mag-alaga kaya lang talagang busy lahat ng kilala ko ngayon.

I sighed. "Nandito ako sa House of Chaya. Madadaanan mo 'to kapag nag-taxi ka papuntang trabaho, 'di ba?"

"Oo. Should I drop him there? Mag-early out ka ba?"

"Hindi." Lumunok ako. "B-Bibitbitin ko na lang si Noa sa family dinner nina Kahel. Bahala na."

"OMG!" Tumili ang bruha. "Fina-family dinner ka na ngayon!" Humalakhak siya. Parang kinikilig.

Napairap ako sa kawalan. "Tigilan mo nga ako, Jancy. No choice lang ako at si Ma'am Khalila mismo ang nagsabing dalhin ako."

"Aba, pabor kaagad sa'yo ang byenan mo?" Muli siyang tumawa.

"Byenan ka diyan?"

She giggled. "Sige na, idadaan ko na diyan si Noa. Mag-family reunion na kayo."

Muli akong napairap. Shipper talaga ang babaeng 'to.

Jancy ended the call. Namili na rin muna ako ng isusuot habang hinihintay ko sila. After Jancy dropped Noa at the boutique, I went to the men's section to choose a coat for my boss.

"May small size kami niyan. The Ducanis often look for matching clothes so we tailored outfits for dads to match their outfits with their kids," nakangiting sabi ng nag-a-assist sa akin. Siguro ay natimbrehan ni Kahel na darating ako.

"Oh, we're uhm." I pursed my lips. Technically, magtatay naman talaga sina Kahel at Noa pero syempre hindi ko iyon pwedeng sabihin.

She smiled then grabbed a coat with a similar design but in a smaller size. "Here." She made Noa try it. "It fits him just right."

My son stood in front of the large mirror to look at himself. There's an amused expression in his eyes as if he loves the coat he's wearing over his white shirt.
