Some tears
Are your body's
The words it cannot express
The grief weighing it down
The anger destroying it bit by bit
The memories it is forced to hold.
Some tears
Are your body's
When they flow, they flow different
A cage partially opened, temporarily
Perhaps some demons will leave?
And perhaps some light or some levity, will creep in?
Some tears
Are your body's
Cries for salvation, an end
Or cries, to be held
Let them flow, even if you don't understand
Your soul, your body, they will know.
