The Choice

Ch.16

"Son of a b... biscuit!" Riley said after a tea cup fell and Lacy walked into the room. Her dark blue eyes widened.

" Lacy!" I squealed before she had the chance to run off and tell someone.

" Oh, hi Lily. I was wondering if you wanted to join my family for watching a movie." she said.

" I though I was your family now." I chuckled.

" Well, yes." she said with a little nod of her head. She repositioned her blonde curls and ran off to the theater. I knew my way to it. After all, it was where my first kiss happened.

When I got there everyone from the royal family was sitting in the cozy chairs. Christian was sitting on the two seater chair. I smiled and sat down next to him.

" Hello My Love." He said after a kiss on my cheek.

" Hi." I replied as I cuddled up into his chest. "What are we watching?"

" I really don't know."

" Oh."

The movie was about these people that opened a park for dinosaurs. The dinosaurs end up getting out of control and they have to shut down the park. It was actually pretty good.

When the movie was over we all went to go eat dinner. Over dinner we discussed who would be in our wedding party.

" Well, I think that at least a few of the previous Selected should be in the wedding." Queen Lauren stated. "Lets see. Lily, you seemed very close to Loretta and Samantha, but I think Willow might be a good choice."

" Well, about that. Willow is very mad at me." I said after a sip of my bubbling water.

" For what?" Kind Brack asked.

" Um, well. I got caught up in the whole Lisa accident that I didn't go comfort her after her sister passed. Also, she is mad at me for marring Christian. She loved him. I don't think she would be a good option. She might speak out."

" Good idea." he said.

" Well my best man is going to be Jason." Christian stated.

" My matron of honor, will be Hannah." I decided.

" Okay. Are you going to have a maid of honor too?" The queen asked me. She tapped her perfect nails on the table.

" Yes, my best friend from New Verda, Alexandria, well Alex, she hates that name."

I'm changing the titles! The first book will be The Chosen, this book with still be The Chance, and the last book with be The Choice. Thank you all for reading! I love you all! Oh and one more thing; I'm putting this before the first chapter on the first book.

Its a really cool web page that has over a thousand cool pictures. Guess what? The pictures are absolutely free. you can do whatever you want with them. you can use them with out worrying about copyright and stuff (can't remember the other thing, and I'm too lazy to look it up.)

Home was stupid. I am home. Home as in, home with my mom and dad. Home is stupid.

I was sent here by Christian. Why did her do this? I have to ask Alex to be my maid of honor. Its Monday. Wednesday I will be flying to Florence, and then to Città Delle Torri, which means City of the Towers. Illea is too far away, so we are just send a letter.

" Lily!" Alex yelled as she came rushing into my room. I smiled at her and she gave me a huge bear huge. "I have so much to tell you!" She said bouncing on her toes.

" I have so much to tell you!" I yelled back.

" I haven't seen you in so long. your hair is longer. You seem grown up." she said sitting down on my bed. This is an expensive mattress, but I could almost feel the springs.

" I'm not really that grown up." I said. "I'm just not the exact same girl." I shrugged.

" Oh well. Tell me all the little details." she said as she put her head in her hands.

I spent the rest of the day telling her all about The Selection. She was most ecstatic when I told her about when he proposed.

" Did he really?" She asked.

" Yup. We had a whole day out in the snow, and then he proposed at dinner." I answered her. I showed her my ring and she stared in awe.

" Wait? You got a bunny?" She asked. I nodded and went to go take Snow out of his cage.

" Aw, he is adorable!" She said taking him and petting his now straight tan fur. The palace staff insisted that I give him up for a day and he can go get made up pretty. They died his fur and gave him and assortment of bows and ribbons for his neck. Right now he is wearing a blue bow with a pearl in the center of the bow.

" His name is Snow." I said. I liked his new look.

She set him on the ground to hop around.

" So why are you here?" She asked.

" Oh, that's right! Will you be my maid of honor?"
