Another day went by like normal. Wedding planning, wedding planning, SECURITY CHECKS, and more wedding planning.
I mean the checks weren't that bad, it's just time consuming. Today was the day that my bridesmaids are arriving, even if it didn't make it to their home towns.
I knew exactly how I would greet them, I would either be a lazy bum and sit around waiting for them to come, or I can plan a surprise. Eh, I think I'll choose the first one. Because I'm a mean person, and they've seen me before.
But really, I should do something.
__________
" Christian! I know you're in there, open up." I said pounding on the door to his study.
" Yes darling?" He said with an eye roll.
" What do you do all day in there?!"
" Important king stuff."
" You sir, are not King." I said poking him in the chest.
" You mam, should not be here" He mocked me. "I might get in trouble with my dad."
" Fine," I signed. I gave him a little pouting face before taping his nose with my lips and turning around. Then, I skipped down the hallway. I literally skipped. What is wrong with me?
After that my bridesmaids arrived and I went to it to meet them. Well I tired, they didn't let me outside but still, it's the thought that counts, right?
As they entered the doors, Loretta squealed, Sam dropped her bags and gawked at the palace, just like the first time, and Hannah rushed over to me.
" Lily! I can't believe you asked me to be your bridesmaid." She babbled as she gave me a little side hug. I smoothed out my dress and knotted my hands and let them hang down together.
" Let me show you to your rooms." I grinned and started walking. Loretta skippered behind me in her heels, but Sam lingered behind a few paces.
I notice a drastic change of their clothing. I always saw them dressed and done up like a princess. Loretta was wearing a pair of black jeans, with a white halter top and a black bow in her hair, and Sam looked like a normal teenager. She had her hair in a messy bun, with a plain long sleeve sweater, blue jeans, and skater shoes. It's cold out right now, almost freezing, but it's always the right temperature in the palace. We rounded the corner on the second floor and started down the long hallway.
I stopped at the first large wooden Oak door.
" Sam, this is your room."
" Thank you." She said before giving me a hug and disappearing into her room.
" Loretta, here's your room. And last but not least, Hannah, here is your room." I said motioning to the two identical white double doors.
_____________
"Let's do this thing people! We have a wedding in less then twelve hours!" I heard someone shout. It's been a few days since my bridesmaids came. Right now I was having a shoe fitting. Which ones I like the most, which one I want to wear. What I want my bridesmaids to wear. I choose a simple pair of red heels satin heels for me, and white glittery heels for my bridesmaids. I was going for complete opposite colors, and I think I nailed it.
Then they moved me to hair and makeup. They beautified my body like I was some sort of rag doll. They washed me, soaked my skin in some lavender oils, washed me again. Did my hair and makeup, only then to decide it was all wrong, and wash me again. I insisted that I could bathe myself, but kind of lost that battle. I had my original three maids, Zoe, Emma, and Piper, along with another maid named Katrina, and one really nice gay guy named Tyler.
As Zoe did my hair and Tyler did my makeup, the look finally started to come together. They didn't wash me after that. I was complete. Well accept for the dress.
They gave me a different robe, and sent me out into my room. Standing their was my mother, with little Jordan in her arms. Tears filled my eyes and I ran to them.
" Mom, Jordan." I gasped, blocking away the tears knowing that the 'Prep Team' back there would not be happy with me.
" Your soon to be husband wanted me to drop this off for you." She said handing me a note before exiting the room. I could hear Jordan crying down the hallway.
I looked down to my note.
Garden. Bundle up. Ten minuets.
I grinned and walked to my closet. I grabbed a coat and some boots, and put them on. I made sure not to mess up my hair, only for my maids, I really don't care.
As I walked out to the gardens, I saw a shadow next to a bush. I turned the corner to see a man. Not Christian.
" Y-your, not-"
" Not your prince? I know. You are coming with me." He said standing up and walking towards me. I started to scream. The loudest scream I could manage before a thick gloved hand covered my mouth. I kicked and shoved, trying to get away from the huge man, but nothing worked.
He pulled out three ropes. One of my hands. One thin rode for my mouth, and then one went over my eyes.
" You won't get away with this." I mumbled through my gag.
" Oh, we already have."
