Sitting across the cafeteria, Taehyung crossed his legs together. A frown on his face as he took a bite of french fries completely absently.
The events from yesterday kept nagging his mind. He still was positive that Jungkook actually and really didn't want to give his body to his father, though he said he did. But it simply just didn't make any sense- like, c'mon. He knew that Jungkook's trait was lust, but that didn't mean Jungkook would have every single Earthling up his ass- it simply was just... yikes.
Extremely disgusting and gross. Taehyung didn't even know why the father would agree to such a thing even if Jungkook was okay with it. Like- what the FUCK.
"So, I saw your father yesterday- is there something wrong and that's why he arrived here?" Yoongi asked, focusing on the screen of his cellphone.
Now Taehyung thought if the boys were aware of what kind of relationship Jungkook and his father had.
"Dad and stepdad fought," Jungkook replied absently and Yoongi let out a small hum.
There was no doubt that Taehyung didn't forgive Jungkook for what happened yet- but certainly, he just could put his emotions aside now because he just- needed to know what was going on between them or else Taehyung's mind would explode. Sure, Taehyung knew Jungkook didn't feel comfortable with the topic (neither did Taehyung) but there must be a reason behind this vulgar relationship Jungkook had with his father... and that was very concerning too.
"You okay?" Hoseok asked, seeing how Taehyung was lost in his thoughts.
Taehyung hummed absently, still biting neatly on his french fry as he avoided eye contact, looking around the cafeteria with his chin resting over the palm of his other hand.
There was a small pause.
"Why the fuck can't I read your mind?" Namjoon grumbled, looking a little annoyed. Jungkook coughed, looking down. And now Taehyung wondered if the whole Kris drama was something that was between the six boys only or what- and if the others knew about him using the ice trait that day too.
Which didn't seem like it. By now, how things went, Taehyung was sure the others weren't aware of it and hopefully none of the boys - Yoongi, Hoseok, Jimin, Jungkook, and Kris - told anyone about that event and Taehyung was glad for it.
"I can't read Jungkook's mind either, what the fuck." Namjoon grunted, still looking surprised and his eyes were wide.
Taehyung chuckled briefly, noticing the frustration that was visible on Namjoon's face- but then again, Taehyung couldn't tell Namjoon either how difficultly Taehyung managed to get Keyboard Smash' blood to make this work. Of course, he was dubious at first- if he should give Jungkook it or not but then again if he didn't- it would have brought many unnecessary dramas and people would ask many dumb questions about why they weren't able to use their traits on him. But now that someone else was going through the same phase, it didn't attract much attention.
(Not to mention getting the blood from Keyboard Smash was a pain in the ass even though it was only A FEW droplets.)
"Jesus, I'm nervous about the sports festival next week." Jimin cowered, shivering prominently.
"We all are, bitch." Jin cursed, and then scowled when he saw Taehyung staring at him. "What?" He blinked.
Taehyung tsked, shaking his head. Jin kicked his knee under the table, making a few drinks almost drop the table but Jimin and Hoseok grabbed the glasses before they could.
"Fuck you all." Yoongi cursed, taking a glass from Jimin's grip and took a sip of the cold coffee. "How was your and Hoseok's date?" Jimin asked, voice small and face faltered down. Hoseok coughed a little, drinking water. Yoongi cleared his throat. "Great." He said with a nervous chuckle.
