"You want a baby Kacchan?" Izuku tilts his head looking into the ruby eyes of his husband "Yes, I want to have a baby with you Izuku." Katsuki sighs looking down at the floor. ".....Okay!" Izuku smiles brightly and hugs Katsuki who has widen eyes. "Really? I- I thought maybe you wouldn't want a baby due to hero work after all you are the #1"
"Kacchan.....I don't care for my hero work or ranking when it comes to our pups or you! I've always wanted a baby with you since I married you!" Katsuki smiles and kisses Izuku passionately. "That's amazing Izuku. Now, when is your next heat?" The Omega chuckles in his Alpha's hold "Well it's meant to be here this coming week which is why you can probably smell my pre-heat but you could make it come early~" Katsuki cups Izuku's cheek smiling happily knowing he'll have his first born soon.
Katsuki carries Izuku over to the bedroom already kissing and taking off clothes. The blonde pins down the greenette spreading love bites down Izuku's neck to his chest, to his stomach, and all the way down to his thighs. "Dynamite? Oh....My apologies and tell Deku that he gets his heat day offs." Katsuki scoffs and hangs up placing Izuku's phone down snuggling the greenette once again.
The blonde sighs annoyed at the agency but pushes it aside when he feels the greenette move around and yawn. "Mmmm good morning Kacchan!" Izuku smiles tiredly "good morning Izu, you hungery?" Izuku nods as Katsuki sits up helping the Omega stand up without stumbling.
After the two ate Katsuki got ready for work, Izuku wines a little not wanting the Alpha to leave but Katsuki reinsures his Omega he'll be back around 4 PM. Katsuki carries Izuku to his nest as he is still in heat. "See you soon love~" the couple kiss and part smiling at each other.

"......I'm gonna act like I didn't hear sounds next door" Denki said to Katsuki who was eating some lunch "hah?! What do you mean?" Katsuki said swallowing his fish and rice "well um....your bedroom window was open and so was mine....so me and Shinso heard everything" the blonde's eyes narrowed waiting for the yellow haired male to finish "you know moaning, bed creaking, uhhhh slapping-"
"Okay and you're done talking shut the fuck up. And yeah so what me and Izuku were having sex? Are we not allowed to as a couple, a married couple to be exact" Denki shakes his head "Of course not! You two sex life's are your business! But I'm wondering....are you and Izuku planning on having a baby? After all you two are the only ones to have no kids. Me and Shinso have our daughter, Mina and Kirishma have 3 kids, Todoroki and Sero got 4 kids, Momo and Jiro have twin boys, ect!"
Katsuki huffs "yeah we are planning to have a baby. Izuku's heat came so it was perfect, last night was our first night at it so I suggested you close your damn windows because me and the nerd aren't stopping till he gets pregnant." Denki sighs and smiles happy his two friends will be starting a family soon. "Well I wish for the best! And if anything adoption is always an option!" Katsuki growls a bit making Denki whimpier. "What the fuck is the supposed to mean?! That Izuku would lose the baby?! Or that one of us is infertile?! HAH?!"
Katsuki took that as offense as he wouldn't dare to think about one of them being infertile or Izuku having a miscarriage. "I-I didn't mean it in that way bro! I just thought just- i-in case you know?" Denki as an Omega feels a bit threatened by Katsuki. And since he hit a sensitive spot making Katsuki angry. "Tch! I don't want to think of that damnit! Me and Izuku will be just fine okay?! I get tested ever since me and the nerd got married and I'm very much able to have kids. And I know Izuku is able to carry a baby in his womb." The blonde gets up walking away not wanting to discuss such things.
Later that day Katsuki got home and as he entered the house he was hit by a huge wift of Izuku's pheromones making the Alpha horny. Suddenly Katsuki heard a whimper crying for the Alpha so Katsuki rushes upstairs seeing Izuku in his nest only wearing the blonde's shirt and boxers.
