It had been a few weeks since Izuku's heat and while fighting a villain he suddenly got a sick feeling. "Hold up before we continue this fight-" Izuku threw up in a bush making the villain he was fighting with look away. "Uhhh Pro hero Deku you okay? Can we continue this fight now?" Izuku nodded and defeated the villain quickly. "Damn why am I suddenly get so sick lately? Mainly in the mornings too and I'm craving spicy food so much." Izuku muttered to himself walking back home from his work.
"Welcome home Izu." Katsuki approached Izuku giving him a kiss "Hi Kacchan! How is my dear Alpha doing?" The Omega asked making the Alpha chuckle "I'm doing quite well- you went to the store?" Katsuki pointed at the bag Izuku was holding "Ah yeah. It's just some pain killers, your sleeping medication, my medication, and pregnancy test!" Izuku walks away to the bathroom leaving the blonde to let what he said sink in "......PREGNANCY TEST?! IZUKU YOU THINK YOU'RE PREGNANT?.....IZUKU?"
A few minutes later Izuku comes out the bathroom and was immediately met by a concerned blonde. "So?! Are you pregnant? Yes, no, maybe so, DO YOU KNOW?!" Izuku began to laugh a bit seeing his Alpha so clearly confused and nervous "Calm down Kacchan!" Izuku showed Katsuki the test.
"..........holy shit- Izuku you're pregnant. That's AMAZING!" Katsuki pulls Izuku into a kiss and yells in excitement. The blonde picks the greenette up spinning around. "Ack- Kacchan! Pu-t me down! My stomach is very weak right now! This kid is making sick-" Izuku felt extremely sick and rushed into the bathroom throwing up. "I'm so sorry Izu, how about we sit on the couch and watch some movies huh?
"That sounds great Kacchan, you're the best."

Izuku and Katsuki went for an ultrasound appointment to check on how the baby is and to get a few pictures. The baby was a size of a pea as he is 6 weeks along. ||I did research for this|| "well pro hero Deku and Dynamite your baby is very much healthy and growing just well! And Deku you are very healthy too! But I suggest no longer doing anymore hero work as fighting is horrible for your state of health and being too stressed would be bad for the baby and you." Izuku nods and tells the doctor he'll stop the hero work immediately. Katsuki was happy to hear his Omega and pup are healthy.
Izuku went into the agency the next morning to meet with the manager. "Ah- Hello pro hero Deku, how can I assist you? Don't you have a patrol?" The assistant asked "Hi! And I need to talk to the manager about something serious."
"Oh of course! Let me send a quick email to let him know. Is everything alright if it's okay I ask." Izuku nods and smiles "I'm currently carrying and my doctor told me I shouldn't be doing anymore hero work until he says so." The assistant gasps and claps her hands in excitement for the young hero. "My goodness Deku that is amazing! How did Dynamite react?" The Omega chuckles from the reaction of the woman
"He was extremely excited to hear I was pregnant and he that he is gonna be a father." The woman smiles brightly at the greenette who rubs his small bump "well then, he just emailed me back and told me to tell you to go right in! Congratulations I hope for the best! Oh and send pictures- wait no I'll just make Dynamite show me!" Izuku laughs and walks into the office.
"Hello Deku! What brings you here you should be on patrol!" The manger says with a smile "Well I have some news, good news actually."
"Oh? Is it that you'll take in one of the missions I suggested for you to take? Again free plane ticket, hotel room, food?" Izuku sighs feeling annoyed hearing that for the 5th time "No! I already told you I'm busy enough and I have a life out of work you know! I have my husband, mother, all my in laws, and my friends!" The manager huffs upset to hear "But you are the #1! Everyone loves and wants you there especially to thank you!"
"Well I need to be here for myself and family! Especially right now! Sir me and Dynamite are-" Izuku then was cut off "You two are getting a dog? How nice." The Omega groans at the Alpha in front of him wanting to slap the shit out of him. "No damnit! I'm pregnant! Me and Kacchan are starting a family because we want a baby! I came here because I need to go on maternity leave, my doctor told me no hero work until he says so! But really it's more when I say so! Goodbye I'll see you some point!" Izuku left with anger raging through his blood.
Soon the greenette went home lying down in his nest waiting for his Alpha to come home from his patrol.

"Izuku I'm home! And I brought food." Izuku came running down the stairs and jumps into Katsuki's arms kissing and hugging the blonde. "Hi Kacchan! Did you bring the pickles?" Katsuki sighs and nods handing Izuku the jar of pickles. "Pfft- damn nerd. Hey how'd the agency take it? I'm honestly curious how they reacted to their #1 carrying" Katsuki chuckles putting spicy curry into his mouth "well the manger's assistant was excited and happy about us having a baby. But the fucking manger didn't like it at all- Actually he thought I would take the one mission he had been begging me to do." Izuku slumps onto Katsuki
"My poor Omega, come on let eat and we could snuggle up. Hm?" Izuku nods happy to be with his husband. "Hey hand the hot sauce I want it on my damn pickle." Katsuki looks at Izuku weirdly "what-?"
