"Izu....What's wrong? Hun I'm confused why you're acting like this." Katsuki could hear faint whimpering in their bedroom which made the Alpha's heart ache. "Zuzu? The baby misses you! Natsuki is crying for his mommy, please come out." Katsuki sighs in defeat unable to get the greenette out so he just leaves him be. The blonde didn't understand what was going on and wanted to fix it. Katsuki calls Izuku's doctor to see what is going on with his Omega.
"Ah- Hello?"
"Hi this is Izuku's husband, Katsuki."
"Oh hello Katsuki! Is everything alright with Izuku and Natsuki?"
"Well Natsuki is fine he is doing quite well! Very good baby. But Izuku he isn't doing as well....."
"Oh no, what is wrong with him? I specifically told you and him to take everything easy."
"This seems to be more my fault than his....Izuku's pheromones are very sour smelling, he's more moody, or emotional, he has been just not his happy self at all lately and I'm worried. He even locked himself in our bedroom."
"Katsuki this doesn't sound good. From what it sounds like, Izuku has postpartum depression.. The causes of this could be lack of attention from you, not being able to love Natsuki, or hating his body, and there's much more. Katsuki have you been perhaps ignoring Izuku? I'm not trying to make you upset I'm just curious."
"....fuck I have been. I haven't been taking care of my Omega and only pup....damnit."
"Don't beat yourself up! This is very common especially with the first pup. You've just been a worried-caring father but has forgotten about said pups mother. I'd like you to take Izuku here to the office so I can get a look at him. I need to check his Omega, mental health, and physical health."
"Yes, I'll make sure to take him to you as soon as possible! I just need to get him out of our bedroom and apologize."
"Please do Katsuki! That will help a bit."
Katsuki hung up and went to the bedroom but when he got there the door was opened. The second Katsuki stepped inside he had to cover his nose as a sour, rotting, disgusting smell filled the room. But a hint of mint so Katsuki knew it was Izuku's pheromones. Smelling that made him feel even more horrible but he looked inside and saw Izuku curled in a ball in his nest looking like he was in pain.
"Izuku!? Hey! Are you okay?!" Katsuki caresses Izuku's face softly but all the greenette did was groan and nuzzle into the blonde's touch. "Izu...we need to get you to a doctor you look horrible hun."
Katsuki picks up Izuku carrying him to the living room and went back to the bedroom where he grabbed all the nesting materials and puts it into the laundry basket and opened the window to get the horrible scent out the room. He then went back to Izuku and held him close, scenting the Omega heavily making him purr in his Alpha's warmth and affection.
"Izuku I'm so sorry for being a horrible lover. All I did was pay attention to Natsuki and forgot about person who made it possible for me to have my kid." The Alpha began to apologize even more but the Omega just hugged him tightly never letting go. "It's okay Kacchan. You are just happy to be a father..." "Yes, but that doesn't give me an excuse to abandon my Omega" soon a cry was heard by the couple in the other room, so Katsuki got up to get Natsuki. The two came back to Izuku who was now smelling more like himself. "I think he wants his mama now."
The blonde hands over the pup to the greenette who happily took his pup. "Hi baby boy. Sorry mama hasn't been feeling well." Natsuki quickly nuzzled into Izuku's chest and arms happy to feel his mother's warmth.

A few days later Katsuki took Izuku to the doctor and was told he has postpartum depression. The doctor explained that Izuku was a bit underweight but not by much, he needs more attention by Katsuki, and that once Izuku is starting to be himself his inner Omega will start to be normal too so that meant Izuku will naturally start to be extremely overprotective of Natsuki. And the doctor was very much correct. Izuku became more normal over time though it took 4 months it was worth it. Izuku's inner Omega also was normal again so he was naturally protective.
"He looks nothing like you." Izuku said turning his back to Katsuki while holding Natsuki who is now staring at his father "What the hell are you talking about?! He looks exactly like me!!! He is my pup!"
"I don't know what you mean. This baby is not yours." Katsuki growls a bit but it has no effect on the protective Omega. "....Oh my god. DAMN- NGH- WHY CANT YOU JUST- IM GONNA- YOU- AHHHHHHH" Katsuki's face turned red in frustration knowing he can't do shit as Izuku would go feral if he got to close or seemed to threatening.
Izuku went to the living room and sat down smiling at the pup who smiles back. "Awww my baby!" Katsuki sits across from his husband and baby, kept distance but yet staying close "Natsuki is a complete mama's boy....Izuku we need another baby so I can have a baby who will be a papa's kid." Izuku glares which shuts the blonde up immediately not daring to speak again.
Katsuki was glad Izuku was becoming himself once again. It felt good to him. Though the blonde was a little sad that Natsuki was now attach to Izuku.
"Kacchan...do you want to have a shower with me?" The second Katsuki heard that he picked Izuku up carrying the laughing greenette to the bathroom. "Ah- Kacchan!" The blonde started to kiss the greenette's neck making Izuku flustered at first but melted into the kisses soon afterwards. They undressed and went into the shower beginning to make out.
"Damn I missed this~." Katsuki said smirking "me too~ But we can't do it unless you got some protection. I just had our pup 4 months ago I'm not about to have another one." Izuku said chuckling at Katsuki huffing and pouting. "Well if you do end up pregnant again I'll be here for you always."
"Yes I know, but I'd like to go back to hero work as well not be pregnant for a bit." The couple laugh and make out as the water trickles down their bare bodies.
