When Izuku and Katsuki are amazing heroes and marry each other a little after UA . Izuku becomes the first Omega Male to be the #1 hero and has less time to be with Katsuki which hurts the Alpha but he doesn't care as he loves Izuku too much. But wh...
2 years have passed and it is currently Natsuki's 3rd birthday. So all of their friends and family came over to celebrate the little boy's birthday. All the kids came over though they are all 4-7 years old so they are older than the young blonde. The presents came in so Natsuki opened all of them but was upset about one thing. "Mommy and daddy where is baby?"
"Huh? Hun what do you mean?" Izuku asked getting on his son's level "I asked daddy for a baby for my birthday. I want a baby sister!" Natsuki said glaring at his father which made some of the other adults chuckle a bit.
"Eh- well...um that is. KATSUKI!" The blonde looks at his angered greenette of a husband and jumps "What?! What did I do?" ".....Natsuki, baby did daddy promise you a baby sister?" Izuku asked sweetly to his now 3 year old "yes mommy! Daddy said 'I'll give you baby sissy for birthday.' But there's no baby sissy!" Izuku turns back to Katsuki looking pissed and the other adults took the kids outside to leave the two privacy.
"Why would you promise him a baby sister? I'm not even pregnant! We haven't even had sex in months." The Omega said to his Alpha "He wants a baby sibling Izuku. He is lonely and wants one, plus I know you want a second pup." Izuku sighs glaring at his husband "I didn't agree to this!"
"Yeah but knowing you babe, you will." The greenette blushes as the blonde gets closer pinning him to the wall with a huge smirk "wipe that smirk off your face...." Katsuki chuckles and kisses Izuku it was gentle but deep, of course they didn't go any further as their son's birthday party was still going. "Oi after this party and Natsuki goes to bed wanna make his present?"
"Fine Kacchan. But we can't be too loud I don't need that boy knowing how we made his present." Izuku said kissing Katsuki one more time before going out to the backyard where everyone is. Katsuki laughs and watches his Omega leave looking down at his bottom. "Heh I get to rail that ass later~" Katsuki said while going back to the party.
"So, did you beat Katsuki's ass?" Asked a curious Mina. "....No not exactly. But we will be umm.. Giving Natsuki his present." Izuku then took a sip from his cup as a pink-haired woman jumps up and down for the small family "about time you and Bakugou have another baby! I mean sure little Natsuki is adorable but another little one would be nice!" Mina smiles wildly at Izuku.
"Yeah, I mean me and Kacchan obviously want more pups but we just didn't know when. I'm 27 years old so might as well when I'm still young you know?" Izuku chuckles as he watches his little boy play with the other kids. Natsuki plays with Todoroki and Sero's 4 kids. 2 girls and 2 boys. Izuku can tell Natsuki gets a bit left behind in things the other kids do as they are older.
Some days Izuku wished he had the boy earlier so he could be more their ages. The reason they didn't have any kids as their friends were at the time was due to them wanting to get their hero work in order and then settle down. And it worked out great, but now their pups will be much younger than the other kids.
Katsuki felt the same way, though he didn't care how young his pups are he'll always be sure the other kids treat them with the same respect. Katsuki was always there for Natsuki and still is, after all that is his son. Natsuki may favor Izuku more but the boy is exactly like Katsuki. Blonde hair, red rose eye with a jade eye, narrow eyes, same temper but a little softer, and obsessed with the one and only jade eye Omega.
Of course the boy has some of Izuku's futures like his other eye with is jade colored, freckles, and a big soft spot for people he loves. Natsuki is definitely an interesting little boy.
————— A week passes.
"Alright kid I'm going to work. Be good for your mother." Katsuki says as he picks up his son. "Blah! Put me down old man!" Katsuki and Izuku's eyes widen as Natsuki has never said that before "OI! WHAT DID YOU CALL ME HAH BRAT?!" Katsuki says as Natsuki kicks the blonde wanting to be put down immediately

Katsuki puts the boy down as Izuku is laughing. "Listen here you fucking brat-" before Katsuki could finish Natsuki punches Katsuki's area making the blonde wince "ACK- HEY I NEED THAT TO GIVE YOU A SISTER!.....ow you're just like your mother when he was pregnant with you....." Izuku goes over to check his Alpha to be sure he is okay.
"He gets- that from you Omega." The blonde says standing straight again but still in pain. "I know~ maybe you should start using protection down there because knowing Natsuki he'll do it again and I'll probably do it when I get pregnant again and is pissed off by you." Izuku said with a sweet smile that makes Katsuki nervous.
"I'm going to work....I love you." The blonde kisses the greenette and pats the little blonde's head. The two say goodbye to Katsuki and go on about their day. "Mommy why aren't you going to work?" Natsuki asked Izuku who was cutting apples for the young blonde. "I'm in heat baby, so I can't go to work." Izuku said giving Natsuki the apple slices "heat? What's that?"
"Ummm.. Heat is when mommy is more clingy to daddy than usual." Izuku tried to explain to the 3 year old who has his head tilted. "More clingy-? Heats mean more clingy?"
"Eh- kinda....You'll learn more about it when you're older. Right now just know mama can't go to work right now." Natsuki nods eating his breakfast "Heats are cool!" The little boy says not understanding it whatsoever. "Heats don't feel so cool. But love the positivity." Izuku chuckles.
Natsuki sits on the couch and reads one of his books Katsuki got him from his way back home from work. Izuku washes the dishes then sits on the couch as well but scrolls on his phone. The Omega and pup enjoys each other while the Alpha is out on hero duties.
