"Careful Kacchan!" Izuku says with a worried tone "Tch just let me sit down again." The doctor nods and helps Katsuki back onto his wheelchair. The blonde sighs heavily as he's been having trouble to walk or stand. "It's okay Kacchan, you'll be able to walk normally soon! I know it." Izuku smiles brightly which makes Katsuki cheer up a bit.
"Thanks nerd, but I don't know. Will I ever be able to function properly..?" Izuku's eyes widen seeing Katsuki tear up. The Omega only ever seen the Alpha cry happy tears never sad. So seeing that made the Omega ache inside. "Don't say that....you'll be alright!" Izuku hugs Katsuki and kisses him passionately "Damn when did I become so soft?"
"When we had our little pups." Izuku chuckles while pushing Katsuki back to his hospital room. "Speaking of them, where are they? Does the hag have them?" The greenette nods reinsuring the blonde the pups are okay and at Mitsuki's
"Tch- I want to go home already so I can see you all. I'm tired of this damn hospital!" Katsuki then slowly gets on his bed with the help of Izuku who then smiles softly. "Just be patient."
————— Soon enough Katsuki gets home. When the blonde enters his home he sees nothing changed after these years, the only thing different was that the house felt cold and empty. "Daddy me and Himari made you cards!" Natsuki says excitedly "Really? Thank you firecracker and princess." Katsuki chuckles as he smiles at the two pups he proudly made with his mate.
"Kacchan you rest! I'll go make some lunch and you kids behave" Katsuki sits on the couch and huffs annoyed that Izuku won't let him do anything. Yes he understands he must rest but he can't just watch his Omega do everything. "What's wrong daddy?" Himari peeps
"Nothing kiddo, daddy just wants to help out but mommy won't let me" The blonde explains to the little greenette girl. "Oh! But daddy you are hurt so much! You can't help"
"....you're just like your mother." Natsuki then walks in and pulls Himari away which makes Katsuki chuckle. Katsuki then stands up walking to Izuku, he sees him cutting some fruit so he wraps his arms around his Omega who jumps a bit. "Ah- Kacchan!" Izuku chuckles
"Hey Izuku, let me cut these. You can go relax okay?" The blonde says while kissing the greenette's neck "No....you are the one who needs to relax!" Izuku's tone sounded a bit harsh which made Katsuki step back a bit "Oi what's wrong?"
"Nothing, sorry.....Just I need you to rest! It's my turn to treat you not the other way." Katsuki could tell something was up "I just want things back to normal Izu, so that means let me cut some damn fruit" ".....No! Just go! I'll do it damn it" Izuku covers his mouth realizing how he is acting "Hun I don't want to argue.....Please just relax"
Katsuki places his hand on Izuku's cheek caressing it softly. The two kiss and sigh heavily when suddenly two little pups jump over to them "MAMA! PAPA!" Natsuki shouts "Movie?! Movie day?" Himari says
"Sure you two" both Izuku and Katsuki say which makes the pups jump up and down.

As days go by the home that was once cold and empty finally felt warm and full. Every morning Izuku use to wake up with no one but now he wakes up to his Alpha. Everyday the kids would look at the one seat at the table with no one there but now it's filled with their father. Everyone wondering when the great Dynamite would wake up but aren't anymore.
Everything was finally settled and happy!
"Damn it's been awhile since I've worked" Katsuki says while getting ready "yes it has so that means you take it easy Kacchan!" Izuku scolds as Katsuki grunts tired hearing that for the 1 millionth time. "It's fine Izu~ I promise everything will be okay" the blonde said while wrapping his arms around the greenette "you said that last time and yet you ended up in the hospital for what felt like eternity" Katsuki sighs "I know but don't fright my Omega, I will never do that again"
"MOMMY! DADDY! NATSUKI TOOK MY SHOES AGAIN!!!" Himari yells while chasing her big brother around "OI! GIVE YOUR SISTER HER SHOES!" Katsuki yells at the young blonde boy who sticks his tongue out and runs off. Izuku chuckles while watching his family be normal and loud again. But Izuku had enough.
"Alright, ENOUGH! Natsuki Bakugou give your sister her shoes. Katsuki Bakugou stop yelling. Himari Bakugou you're not bringing your toys. Now IN THE DAMN CAR! Thank you" Izuku smiles softly as the Alpha and pups stand there horrified. "Did I fucking stutter? NO!" The three of them rush to the car as Izuku takes his time. Soon enough the kids are at school and Izuku and Katsuki are working.
After a while Izuku and Katsuki get on a train together to go back to the agency.

"Hey Izuku....Izuku? Izu?!" Katsuki says quietly trying not to alarm others around "Honey? Shit- Izuku?" Izuku jumps up looking around "huh-?" "What the fuck-? Izuku are you okay?!" The Alpha says worried about his Omega "sorry I feel asleep. I guess after so long of not sleeping it finally kicked in now that I feel so relaxed."
"Oh, my poor Omega." Katsuki snuggled Izuku closer and they both smiled softly they enjoyed the quiet ride.

Eventually the whole family was home. They ate dinner and went to bed a few hours later.
"Hey Izuku."
"Yes Kacchan?"
"You're my everything~"
