An Angel Love

Part 2 congrats

This was it.

I would finally be moving out of this hell-hole, I would finally be free from all the shouting, fighting and crying.

No words could've described the way I felt right now.

"Well I'm surprised, but not at the same time"

I hear my friend Ashley say behind me.

"I know right, who would've thought, all these years payed off so well, I had dreams of this moment, I got accepted!"

Ashley silently giggles. While coming in to give me a hug.

Ashley was my favourite, she was the one who helped while I was getting bullied throughout my highschool years- my thoughts were interrupted by a loud voice

"Wow, you actually got in, what are the chances of that"

There she is, khloe, she was Ashley's best friend, who lowkey hates me because I'm an omega. I choose to ignore it, but sometimes it just gets overbearing, like when she started flirting with my ex-crush. I knew she did it because she wanted to tick me off, but Ashley just says it was a coincidence.

"Can you at least pretend to be happy for him" Ashley says in a sad tone, "he finally got into the school of his dreams, you don't know how hard he work for this, and to get a scholarship, is even crazier."

"Yeah it makes me wonder, who he had to suck off to get it." She said while sneering at me

" I know it's hard for you to realise that people actually put in effort and work hard for things, but I didn't suck anyone off I just worked hard, don't be jealous you'll work hard enough one day." I gave her a huge grin which was returned by a scoff from khloe and a chuckle from Ashley.

"Guys we should definitely, celebrate this, we should go out for pizza or a drink or something idk!"

I walk over to my closet and start to pack some things, I didn't want to waste any time being here, I hear Ashley and khloe, talking about where we should go.

I didn't even bother to tell mum about the good news, I already know she would've made some omega joke, or called me a slut. She's been like that ever since I presented, she could never congratulate me, or even just be happy for me.

"Milo were gonna go to my house and grab some stuff. You wanna come?" Ashley comes over and rubs me on the head.

"Nah I gotta stay to pack, call me later though."

"Alrighty then, let's go klo"

I continue packing for a bit, I didn't have much clothes to pack though. I never spent money on clothes. I always found it a waste of money.

"What are you doing"

I hear my mums crispy voice from behind me, even though she stopped smoking, she still has her crunchy voice

"I'm packing" I say not bothering to look where the voice came from.

"So you got accepted huh?"

"Yeah i-"

"Who did you have to fuck"

I feel my head get hot as I turn around  and see my mums stale expression, she wasn't joking "what do you mean"

"Don't shit me Milo, your telling me you made it into the school with hard work?" She laughs before she walks off

I curse under my breath, I mean what a bitch, I don't know what it is with people, always assuming that omegas  never work for their stuff.

I continue folding my clothes and put them in my suitcase, I had to take flight to get there, it was only a 4 hour flight but it still made me nervous, this means I would be flying, for the first time ever, and by myself.

My thoughts are interrupted by my phone ringing, I pick up my phone to see its a call from Ashley, I answer and use my shoulder to hold my phone, while folding my clothes.

"Milo were going to pick you up, then we're going to McDonald's, alright? I responded to Ashley with a silent yeah, she knew I didn't like going out

We live in a small town, so running into people from my old highschool wasn't a rare thing, I would always be nervous for that reason.

"Brighten up you'll have us with you, nothing will happen!"

"Okayyyy, I'll come, I'm nearly done packing anyways." I hang up before I can hear Khloes annoying voice, I finish up packing up and head downstairs.

I see my mom looking through the trash can, I looked at her with a disgusted expression. "I'm going out!"

"Great! I hope you get hit by a car"

I roll my eyes, and leave the house, I go sit down a rock that just outside our house, and scroll on my phone. Till I hear a car pull up

I open the back-seat door, and hop in.

"You excited?" Ashley says while looking back to me

I nod in silence, knowing I was dreading about going out.

We arrive to McDonald's, and my heart stops as we pull up, I recognise someone I really wish I didn't it was, dame.

My highschool bully who used to torment me for no reason, I guess Ashley must've caught on "hey it's okay don't mind him"

"Nah, I'm fine just not a face I wanna see rn"

"Well that's a face that I definitely wanna see" Khloe made it a well known fact that she likes dame.

Ashley hits khloe on her hip, before we all hop out the car.

When we enter, i see dame and his friends look at us, it didn't help that the door would ring whenever someone entered.

We all walked to the cashier and ordered our food, we sat down at the back, I kept noticing that dame kept looking at me, then snickering with his friends

I tried my best to ignore it but it was really getting to me.

Khloe got up to get our food, walking past she smiled at dame and his friends and did a discreet wink.

"Jeez, and she called me the slut."

Both me and Ashley snickered.

"I hope you realise she doesn't actually hate you, sometimes she just get jealous that I have other friends"

"Sometimes?" I scoff, Ashley and khloe were both betas, though khloe was more on the taller side, I probably would've mistaken her for an alpha if I didn't know her.

Khloe came back with both her hands full with food and drinks, she sets them down and hands out the food.

We all start eating, it was a bit hard for me since someone wouldn't stop staring, like jeez what more did he want from me.

We all finished our foods, but I still didn't finish my coke, we all stood up to put the rubbish in the bin.

But someone had to ruin it, dame stood up in front of me, stopping me from walking, "looks like someone having fun"

"What do you want." I say while rolling my eyes, I mean like the audacity of him.

"Nothing I'm just surprised, you aren't working in some brothel right now" he says while gigling with his friends

I don't know what the hell made him say that but, I wasn't going to let him talk to me like that.

I splash my coke all over his face, the push my rubbish in his face, I guess I was just so angry, that I didn't realise what I did, because i was met with a face that was nearly red as chlli

"Oh shit."

I look at Ashley and khloe before we all run dropping everything in our hands.

I can hear dame behind us chasing us, but we made it to the car just in time to lock all the doors, I saw dame banging on my window.

I don't know what it was but seeing that face made me hysterically laugh.
Ashley drove away while we all laughed.
