[So during the time between the last chapter and this one, I had a guy commenting saying this book was straight up porn. That there was no Yandere, it was all for reads, etc. And he said all this from chapter 15-17. Which is kinda funny, because everyone caught up will know what happens from chapter 18 onward. What was even funnier, when he finally reached it, he went on saying he was wrong lol. Oh...How I love proving people wrong in funny circumstances like that.]

[Alright!~ So the last chapter ABSOLUTELY SMASHED expectations that I had. Becoming the most popular chapter, votes wise, since chapter 11. And, I'm kinda surprised, especially with how long it took to get it out. Maybe it was to do with the fact that the book has finally reached the ANIME portion of this story. You guys were craving for more Makima. Or maybe you guys like this story more than I thought. Either way, I'm glad! And as specified at the end of the last chapter, if we reach the vote limit I'll back back four days later with another chapter. And seeing as you guys OBLITERATED the goal...Here I am. Four days later with another banger! So let's get into it!!]

[FYI: The blonde guy at the start of the last chapter was an OC, Justin, who is basically going to be an obsessed fan of the reader. But with Makima being obsessed herself for the reader, how's that going to go? I think it could add a fun dynamic, so I added it here.]

[3rd Person POV]

The silent sound of a wall clock ticking could be heard in the air. Something that became even more ridiculous when it was shown to be heard even in the large and main floor of the Public Safety building. The large open area where dozens of Devil Hunters and other workers could be seen eagerly moving about in all directions to get their jobs done. But there was one person amongst everyone else who just stood still. Unable to move as he patiently stood in front of the reception desk of the building. That person, in fact, was none other than Justin! The brand new transfer from America. The young teenager silently stood with a smile on his face as he looked down at the female receptionist, who...Had apparently not noticed him yet.

Justin: "Um...Excuse me?"

His voice wavered slightly, though he was sure to keep his smile intact. Even so, however, the receptionist paid him no notice whatsoever. It was almost like he wasn't even there. Immediately be began fearing that his Japanese wasn't good enough. And if he couldn't speak good Japanese, how would he impress (Y/n)? And he was certain he was speaking clear enough, as this had already been his third attempt at capturing the attention of the receptionist, a pleasant-looking brunette, who was solely focused on typing on her computer.

Justin: "U-Um, excuse me? I'm here to--"

This time, however, he was finally given some acknowledgement. Unfortunately, it came in the form of a single digit lifted from the keyboard. One that told him to remain silent for just a moment as her other hand typed away freely. The suddenness of it all caused Justin's body to freeze in place once more, already nervous for his first day at Public Safety, now doubled by the slow start. Thankfully, it was only a few more seconds before the receptionist finally turned to face him. Her bored expression, however, did not get him quite as excited as he had hoped when meeting his first person.

"...Can I help you with something?"

Justin: "Um...Hi? I-I'm Justin Fowley, I'm here for my fir--"

"Sorry, kid. But we don't accept school admissions. If you're interested in joining Public Safety, please head online and you can fill out your profile there. We'll get back to you in a few years when you're older."

Her tone of voice perfectly matched her less-than-enthusiastic profile. The brunette dashing her attention back to the computer screen momentarily. Only pulled back when Justin managed the courage to reply.
