Date: 1937
Place: Kiel, GermanyMünchen' POV
My career after the Battle of Jutland was...
Nothing. I sat in a dock. Being repaired but slowly but surely my Armaments were being taken from me. Even my special paint job. "Baltic lining". Removed after I was repaired.
The first of my Armaments to be removed are my L/50 Secondary guns. Then all of my L/40 guns except four were removed. Then my Wing Main Gun Turrets guns is also removed too.
When I was fixed. I was told that I can't go out on a sortie because of fuel shortage.
I was sad to hear that. But I understand the situation.
This was not a part of the war where its going good for Germany anyways.
Then after the war ended. I was still in dock. Still haven't even sorted once after my participation in the Battle of Jutland
I was told that my allies were now in Scapa Flow. Being interned and now decided their.
But they wanted one more ship.
Me...
They wanted me. Intact. Probably to intern me into the Royal Navy. Probably.
But when I was preparing to set sail for Scapa.
I was told by my superiors and they said they have a plan.
A plan so I don't have to be intern.
A plan so I stay in Ironblood Custody
A plan for my future...
The plan was simple.
The Germans were to turn me into a museum ship and give me into Civilian hands. That way. The British are not able to intern me by force. And I get to live.
Fair enough
I agreed and 3 days later. I was turned into museum ship like I am now.
And that would stay from 1919 to 1939. In 1939. Something interesting would happen to me that will change my life forever.
May 14th 1939
Narrator's POVIt was an ordinary day in Kiel, Germany/Ironblood. While the day went on peacefully. Our protagonist mind is also pretty peaceful.
He was... Or actually still is a very influential character in the World of the German Navy
Alot of the Future Admirals who would lead Ironblood visited this ship. Or have been in this ship atleast once. The ship is very famous to the German people after all.
München's POV
And speaking of Ironblood.
I don't know why we reformed from the Kriegsmarine to Ironblood.
The Kriegsmarine wasn't THAT bad?.
Right?
And the name is alot better and more German like then Ironblood.
