Y/N's point of view:

Passing through crowds and crowds of villagers, I gradually feel a tinge of excitement. Hannah, on the other hand, doesn't seem to be so surprised. Annoyed, even. "Boss, this is your first visit, right?" She turns to me while keeping a straight face.

I reply happily, "That's correct. I've been appointed to Lieutenant Commander for what? A few days ago, or something." As the words fly out, I can't help but remember back when Uncle Walt appointed me as a Lieutenant Commander for my 19 birthday. Man, I was so sick back then. I just want to use "The Red Sea" technique again.

"You already know this, but I've been in the marines for over a year now. That means I'm familiar with this branch." There exists irritation in her tone when she speaks of the marine quarter we're heading to.  She continues with a sigh, "It's the 153rd branch, and the leader is... Axe-Hand Morgan."

"You don't seem so happy mentioning Morgan." I decide to point out her distaste for the aforementioned marine.

"He's more like Out-Of-Hand Morgan, really. Guy thinks the sun comes up just to hear him crow!"

Hannah doesn't seem to get along with Morgan. He probably made a bad impression on her, or he's genuinely a jackass. Welp, I should see this man myself. Wait, what does she mean by that again?

Then I chuckle, an imaginary light bulb manifests above my head. "I think I got it. Do you mean he's very cocky?"

"Yes, sir." She suddenly stops walking, her eyes gaze away into the distant ocean. "I got transported here for a temporary cleaning job months ago."

Hannah soon continues to describe her experience in Shells Town, where she met Axe-Hand Morgan. Through her story, I am able to form a decent description of him. Morgan is a notably tall, muscular man with tanned skin, blonde hair, a well-defined face, and a steel jaw etched with the word "Seagull". As his name suggests, his right hand has been replaced with a huge steel axe, the handle of which is not only bolted through the bones of his forearm, but sticks out where his elbow should be.

"Oh, he used to be a local legend. However, the reputation and power got to his head." I nod understandably, having empathy for a hero-turned-tyrant.

Hannah scoffs, "Boss, I'm not a big fan of his narcissism."

We continue on our way after having some more small talk. As we reach the top, a marine quarter comes into view, and there it stands — a massive gate that seems to guard the secrets within.

"...Sheesh!" I exclaim at the sight of the fortress before me. The base lays on top of Shells Town, just as imposing as it was from a distance. "I've seen my uncle's headquarter back at Goa Kingdom, but still, this is impressive."

Hannah manages to bring back her bubbly self speaking to me, she tries to forget about Morgan. "You'll get used to it, Lieutenant Commander. That's one hell of a base." Before continuing, she steps towards the door on the right.
