In which Sally Sparrow is a main companion of S5, instead of the Ponds.

I heard somewhere that Sally was meant to be a main companion, but Carey (the actress) turned it down. I thought it would be cool to have the same plot points of S5, but...

Sally Sparrow wasn't scared of anything. Or so she thought.
Ever since she encountered those angels, or as the Doctor properly calls them, Weeping Angels, Sally has always been a bit scared of statues. She would stare at them, and then blink, just to make sure they aren't the Angels. Thankfully, she's never encountered them since. However, that doesn't make her less scared of them.
Since then, Sally and Larry have gotten together, and are now engaged after three years. They are living happily in the flat above their shop. Sally wants to move out though, have a bigger space. She also doesn't like the crack in their bedroom wall, it freaks her out. Larry tried to plaster it over, but it just opened back up the next morning. She secretly prayed every night for the crack to just close, but it never did.
One night, when Larry was out with his mates, Sally heard a crash on the roof. On other occasions, she'd assume it was stray cat in the streets. This crash, however, sounded like it came from something bigger. Not to mention it shook the whole building.
You could say she was surprised to find a man, who calls himself the Doctor, (even though he looks completely different from when Sally saw him last) scramble out of the Tardis acting drunk. No, not just drunk, completely insane.
Oh, this was going to be one hell of an adventure.

Annddddd that's the intro done! It was surprisingly quick to be honest, and I'm so excited for how this is going to turn out. I haven't seen anyone else do this (though I am sure there are fics like this about, but I haven't seen them), so if there are any similarities to other fics you've read, unless stated otherwise, it is coincidental.
Also Sally is 23 and Larry is 24 because I said so :) (And I don't want yet another companion to be 19/20 as it is so over done)
