To say Jungkook was annoyed would be an understatement. The two men who had been playing on his mind since yesterday were now walking into the book shop.He internally groaned, gripping the pages of his book, crumpling them tightly in his fists. Their presence was on his mind and wouldn't leave him alone. The anguish he was being put through had him despising them more.
When had he become this way? It wasn't a why question. Many people would normally ask why. The problem was, he knew the why, it was the when that he had trouble answering. Was it after him, or somewhere during? Maybe even before. His mind muddled with questions, he didn't like that either. In fact he didn't like a lot of things, another problem he had. When did he start hating life?
"Hi" the dark haired spoke to him. He knew they gave him their names yesterday but he honestly didn't care, they slipped his mind.
Now under proper lighting Jungkook studied their appearances. The dark haired one was a couple inches shorter than the blonde. His eyes were captivating and his thick lips even more so. All in all, he was breathtaking. The blonde was beautiful too but in a different way. As the darker haired was more feminine like him, the blonde was more masculine. He was taller with a lean build, his jaw sharp and a serene array of beauty marks placed delicately around his face. The two together were blinding.
"We spoke yesterday, remember?" the dark haired continued.
Jungkook blinked, were they serious? How could he forget their meeting? It had been on his mind all night and this morning.
He had a strong suspicion that they were trying to get close, that couldn't happen. Being at work he tried to think of a way to basically tell them to piss off without really saying it. "We have a sale going on today. The table to your left is forty percent off, if you have any questions about a book you can ask me. Other than that please refrain yourself from talking. This is a bookstore and we like it quiet. Thank you" He went back to his reading, ignoring the looks the two were giving him and then to each other.
"Listen kid, I don't give two shits if you don't want to talk, I could care less. You don't want to talk? That's fine. You're gonna listen" The blonde had slammed his hands down onto the counter, lurking over him. Jungkook's ignorance to it all was stolen away when the book in his hands disappeared. "Got it?"
He felt cornered and alone. The dominance radiating off the elder was becoming too much and he felt afraid and didn't dare look up.
"Kook, dear is everything ok?"
He snapped his head back to see the owner of the shop, Miss Lee standing by some shelves, a few books in her hands.
"No, I'd like to take my break now" He tried to hide the tremble in his voice but failed. It showed and only then did the blonde back away, partly because the darker haired male pulled him back.
"Of course. Take your time dear"
That was all it took for Jungkook to jump from his seat and round the counter, all but running out of the shop, but he wasn't fast enough. The two men were right behind him, their voices blending together as they called after him. Having enough he whirled around and faced them.
"What?!!" His own voice surprised him. The volume was loud, it hadn't been that loud for some time.
"Easy there Bambi." The blonde chuckled out, his tone mocking him.
"Tae, stop" the smaller of the two had whacked the blonde on the shoulder before stepping closer. "I know we're not making good impressions but I promise you, we mean no harm. If you'd just sit down with us and talk"
