Dr. Gaul finishes her announcement as her face flickers away from the screen and shouts in protest ring throughout the auditorium
your mouth is agape as you look over at Coriolanus, his jaw is tight as he stands, unbuttoning his shirt as he speeds out the door
you race after him, slipping between the auditoriums slamming doors as he storms down the hallway
"Coriolanus!"
you call, but he doesn't stop. choosing to ignore you as you try to keep up with him
"Coriolanus snow, what are you about to do?"
you feel tears rim your eyes, you no longer know what he's capable of as he stops in front of her laboratory
"what?" he merely mumbles, you stare at his back as you held your breath
"why are you lying to me?" you cry out, tears streaming as you finally snap. he turns slowly, a dark look in his eyes as he stares down at you
"the compact! It was your mothers, you cheated the games and you lied to me!" you sobbed but his eyes only bore into yours as he shrugged
"I can't deal with your whining right now"
that's all he said before turning into the laboratory, leaving you with your tears.
