Ever since, they have been best friends. That was until, Marlon and Ari 'tried' to surf stairway, resulting in Ari getting injured and not able to surf for a whole year making Emery feel bad for surfing without him, so she took a break from comps to take care of her twin. Seeing Marlon again after a year should have made her furious, but why did she have butterflies?
