An elephant is a rare pet from the safari egg, so its value is higher than rare pets from other limited eggs. A neon elephant is fair for 1 neon kangaroo, although you might need to add a tiny bit because kangaroo's demand is better. If you want a hedgehog, you would need to add around 2 unlimited legendaries. You could also get 1 mega unlimited legendary and tiny adds with a neon elephant. However, I strongly advise against trading limited pets for mega unlimited legendaries (unless the offer is a huge overpay) because they are losing value.
