As of right now, blazing lion is worth just a tiny bit under 3 turtles. However, its value is falling EXTREMELY QUICKLY, and it is pretty hard to trade nowadays, so I wouldn't suggest trading for it. However, if you have a blazing lion, I would suggest trying to trade it for 3 turtles while you can, but that will likely be pretty difficult. As long as the person is offering value close to 3 turtles, I would do the trade.
