Sybil sat in her chair in O.P.A as they talk about the Sully's case. Sybil was now starting to get distracted more on the Amanda Tanner's case than the Sully's case. She hated even thinking about it. Harrison had notice her look away look before slowly tapping her knee making her look at him. She smiled at him almost nodding her head telling him she was okay. She now paid attention to the case as Stephen started talking.
"Even uglier - gun found in the murder has Sully's prints all over it, which gives him means." Stephen told them as he pointed to the gun.
" Damn it." Olivia says before walking towards Stephen's office where sully was held at. The team followed her as she begins questioning him.
"Did you know Paige was sleeping with Tom Henderson?" Olivia questioned him as Sully looked reluctant to answer.
"What?" Sully asked.
"Did you Know?" Olivia implied. Sully now looked at her with an 'how dare you look'.
" I hired you. You can't come in here and t..." Sully was cut off by Sybil.
" Yes, she can. She can do whatever the hell she wants, because without her, you are definitely going to jail. My guess is 20 years, but if they get fancy, a life sentence is a possibility. Is that what you want?" Sybil said crossing her arms as she stared at Sully who looked a gasp at her.
"Did you know Paige was sleeping with Tom Henderson?" Olivia questioned again as now Sully knew he'd have to tell.
"Yeah. Yeah, I knew." Sully answered as he finally came to part with the truth.
Sybil sighs looking at Olivia, who turned to them.
" Look over our statement. Get me five soldiers. Make sure it uses the words "war hero." Preferably with bars on their uniforms, who are willing to attest to Sully's heroism and kindness And get our defense attorney down here." Olivia told them as they all got in their places. Sybil went to call their defense attorney.
As Olivia began talking to Sully, who complained at the course she was heading. Sybil got off her phone after the talk with their attorney.
" That's because I picked it up off of the floor. I am a soldier and I have looked into the faces of men as I killed them. I know what it means to take a life. I don't know how a person could do this to someone they love. I loved Paige. She was my best friend. I did not kill her." Sully told Olivia in a hurry as Sybil came back in to let Olivia that the attorney was called.
"Find me somebody, anybody, who can say they saw Sully at the time of the murder. Make his alibi stick." Olivia stated looking at him. Sybil and Abby looked at her.
"Livy." Sybil says as Abby called her.
"Liv."
"I believe him. Abby and Sybil, I believe him. Go make his alibi stick." Olivia told them as this time Sybil left with Abby to get Sully's alibi.
