Chapter 7

I'm soooo sorry for not updating earlier :'( because I was on a holiday but thank you so much for the feedbacks I really appreciate it and again I'm really sorry it took me a long time to update but here's Chapter 7..... Enjoy :D

- Nate's POV -

                        I knew this day was bound to come where I would eventually find my mate. I can't say I'm not delighted to find my mate because in all honesty I couldn't be any happier to have a mate as wonderful as Serena. I know we only met just yesterday and we barely know anything about each other at all but she's everything I could ever wish for in a girl. She's perfect for me and the fact that she's my soul mate, my other half makes all the more sense but I just can't love her.

                  The next day, I rang up the school to change all my schedule to be the same as Serena's. They were suspicious at first but I just told them that my dad wanted me to keep an eye on them. They bought it of cause. I only did it because my wolf wanted to keep an eye on his mate and make sure she was safe but that's just my wolf because why would I care if she was hurt or not. That is a lie and you know it my wolf scoffed.

                        Did you forgot about HER? She's the ONLY girl that I will ever love.

~FLASHBACK~

                      I saw her playing with the other pack kids. I've never seen her around before, she must be from the pack that would be staying here for a few week over some pack business. The moment I laid my eyes on her I was instantly captivated by her. She always had a huge grin plastered on her face like she doesn't have a care in the world. If only I could be as carefree and happy as her but being the Alpha's son no one really played with me for fear of my father, the Alpha. I would always be sitting in a corner getting comfy with a great book while the other kids would be having fun chasing each other in the backyard. 

                  I guess I was staring at her for quite a while because she caught my eye and like the coward I am I quickly look away. I could sense her walking closer towards me but I just stare at my book reading the same sentence over and over again.

                    "Hi" the girl chirped. I continue to stare at my book pretending to be reading it and ignore her. I know it's mean and I have nothing against her or anything but lets say your in my position where all your life nearly everyone ignores you and out of a sudden someone is actually interested to know you. Basically I'm freaking out.

                  "If it makes you feel better I don't bite" she said with amusement. I couldn't help but let out a chuckle. 

                      "But your a werewolf," I said with a small smile.

                    "Haha, very funny. You know what I mean." I look up only to meet the most mesmerizing pair of sky blue eyes. Instantly I knew that this girl would mean the world to me. I was brought back to reality when the girl spoke again.

                   "Why are you sitting all alone in a corner? Why don't you join us?" I just look away but she seemed like a nice person so I didn't want to be mean just because she was being friendly.

                       "I would love to join in the fun but the other kids don't like me because they are afraid of my dad." she just raise her eyebrows in confusion. "Well, I could be your friend if you want to" she said and I saw her cheeks turn a shade of pink.

                         "Umm, sure?" I said more of a question than an answer.

                        We started talking random stuff about everything and anything. As we talked I found myself opening up to her, it seems so easy talking to her because there's just something about her that's different than everybody else and every time she smile I feel myself smiling back. I've never felt this happy in my life and I wish we could stay like this forever.
