THE TWIST OF FATE (Taekook ff)

Part 6

As the sun rose after a long, cold night, the warm, golden light gently touched the land and set the birds singing in a chorus of melodies. However, Tae's life is lacking in warmth. Both his nights and days feel cold, and he feels a void in his heart. He has been staying in the Jeons' mansion for two days now, surrounded by many people, including servants, Kook's parents, Kook himself, and even Jimin. All trying to cheer him up. Despite their constant presence and efforts, Tae still cannot shake off the feeling of emptiness.

"He isolated himself by staying in his room. He didn't want to talk to anyone or meet anyone. A lot was going on in his mind in a repetitive mode, and a storm was making him restless. The more he thought about all of this, the more it pained him." "What hurt him the most was that his father did not even give him a chance to explain. His father broke all relations with him as if he meant nothing to him. It was as if his father was just looking for an excuse to get rid of him. He didn't even think twice about breaking the relationship with him. Was he really that unwanted by his father?"

Even today, sitting in his room, tae was shedding tears on his thoughts when a knock on the door broke the chain of his thoughts. By the smell he could tell who is that person, so he didn't bother to look in that direction. When he didn't respond to anything, Jimin came in and sat next to him.

Jimin:- Hey Tae, ( he said but signed when he saw Tae crying. He wiped his tears and spoke.) Why are you crying? Hmm. Kook said he would fix everything, so trust him.

Tae didn't say anything just hugged Jimin crying. Jimin lets him cry because after two days this is the first time, he has responded to Jimin. He consoles Tae saying nothing but sweet things.

Tae:- W-why it's happening with me J-jiminie? what I did to deserve all this. ( he stuttered crying)

Jimin:- Shhhh... tae stop crying. You haven't done anything wrong. Everything will be fine. (he said while caressing his head)

Tae:- Nothing will be right. everything has gone wrong. I feel lost and helpless. I don't understand what to do, or how to fix everything. ( he said frustrated with the situation)

Jimin understands his situation, but he can't do anything but console him and stay beside him.

Jimin:- Don't stress yourself. Ever----(A shattering noise halted him midsentence, tae and Jimin both looked at each other and ran downstairs, but both halted on a step when they heard what Kook said.)

Kook:- What the hell is this? (he completely lost his control after reading today's article)

K.D:- Kook, calm down, breaking things will do no good.

Kook:- calm down, you are asking me to calm down Dad. can't you see things are getting out of hand if this continues, I'm afraid-

He couldn't continue his sentence as he felt a pair of eyes looking straight at him

Jimin: what happened kook?

" Jimin's question pulled Jungkook out of the trance he was in while looking at Tae"

Kook: Nothing, it's nothing please take tae and go back to the room " he said while massaging his temple"

Jimin: we heard shattering

Kook: I. SAID. PLEASE. TAKE. TAE. AND. GO. BACK. TO. ROOM... Please" the last word he said almost pleadingly"

K.D: taehyung Noo

'Jungkook's dad's voice got both Jungkook and Jimin's attention, Jungkook's eyes enlarged due to pure horror he ran towards Tae who was crouching down, and took the broken iPad from his hand more like he snatched it from the other hand'

Tae: why

It was almost incoherent as it came out as a whisper, but Kook heard him

Kook: tae listen, please go back to room. Everything will be alright, Jimin " he tried to pursue Tae, but he felt his hand yanked away with a force that shook him"

Tae: you are lying "he yanked the hand that was resting on his shoulder and frantically stepped back while murmuring words"

Noting Is Going To Be Right. Nothing Is Going To Be Alright. Finished, Everything Is Over. You Are Lying 'he pointed at Kook', They Are Lying ' he pointed at the iPad. It's Not True' he tried to wipe the flowing tears from his eyes which were blurring his sight'. It's Not True ' he hurried his step back and tried to run' Appa. I want Appa, he can't hate me

TAEHYUNG

A heartbeat skipped off the people present as they saw the heartbreaking scene unfolding in front of them. Their breath hitched the moment Tae took a turn to run only if Jungkook had not been there who got a catch on taehyung on time god knows what would have happened

Tae: leave me' he struggled in Jungkook's arms

leave me ' his voice roared in the silent villa. Appa 'calling for his dad he lost the strength in him and slouched with Jungkook by his side still holding him in his arms protectively, I want Appa I should have listened to him, I should have ' he hiccupped through the sobs'

Appa, I want Appa, 'he cried his heart out' he promised me 'he clutched on Jungkook's shirt' I won't hide anything from him. I'll explain if I have to I'll beg please let me go 'Still hurting he lost the strength in his voice and he lost himself to the darkness.

Kook: tae, tae ' he shakes Tae who has fainted in his arms oh god. Dad, he looks back at Mr. Jeon

K.D: pull the car right now ' he orders to one of the servants

The servant walks more like runs out of the house by the order of Mr. Jeon

Jimin: tae please wake up. ' Jimin who had a stream of tears running down his own eyes ran to Tae who had fainted'

K.D: Jimin please calm down ' Mr. jeon tried to calm the restless Jimin

Jimin: But Uncle 'Mr. jeon gave him a meaningful look and he understood that he couldn't lose himself as Tae needed them more at the moment

As the car pulls over in front of the Jeon's door, without wasting time Jungkook takes Tae up in his arms in bridal style and walks out of the villa followed by not only Mr. Jeon and Jimin but with another storm.
