"My secretary has sent the address to you

"My secretary has sent the address to you. What are you wearing?" Do-hee asks through the phone which I had rested on my desk. I grab a belt with gold charm in the middle, carefully placing it through the hoops.

"Just a casual look. Don't worry, I won't embarrass you."

"Why would you embarrass me? You're literally a fashion icon, I'm just worried that the guy might actually fall for you on the first date." I laugh under my breath, hearing her laugh at the end of the line too. I tightened the belt and grab the cropped blazer from my small closet on the corner of my office.

I look at the mirror in front of me, adjusting the white buttoned shirt that was tucked into my black suit pants and the cropped blazer folded on my arms. "How should I act? Kind? Fun? Rude?"

"Rude, definitely that. And cold, too. Our main goal is to lead him away and share the news about how bad having a blind date with Do Do-hee is. That way, Madam Joo can never set me up with anyone again."

"What a grand plan you have." I answer with a small scoff, almost laughing at the absurdity though I know just how much of a men-magnet she is. News could spread like wildfire about her 'rude' behavior, but men would still chase her from behind. She's literally one of the most influential person in this country.

"I'll make sure to put an end to this whole blind date thing. Why did she never set you up with someone?" She voices out with a sigh at the end, adoring just how peaceful my life is without having to deal with men and stuff. I chuckle, taking my handbag and my phone which I turn to non-speaker mode.

"That's probably because I'd run out in the middle of a date because of emergency calls. Don't you remember just how many times I walked out of family events because of the hospital?"

"Right. But still-"

"Should I go back and take over someone's surgery right now?"

"Please enjoy your date, Ms. Joo Somin. Have a lovely day ahead." She quickly answers with a sweet tone, hitting the end button instantly making me laugh. I shake my head with a small smile and walks over to my car. I attach my phone to the holder and type in the restaurant Ms. Shin had sent earlier.
