"Remember. Always be precise with how you handle the heart and never flinch or hesitate when opening up a patient." I said to my residents who are assisting me in a second surgery for today. I think I've spent almost five hours in here. "I think we're almost done here. Suction, please."

Resident Kang swiftly put the suction machine over the blood that's pooling in the patient's chest upon my words. "Specimen, out." I said, carefully bringing up the tumor that I have successfully cut off from the patient's body.

A nurse quickly came with a tray, taking the tumor from my hands as I let out a relieved sigh while looking at the open chest. "You did a good job, doctor." The anesthesiologist said, smiling with his eyes squinted through the mask as I form a small smile.

"I'll just suture this part up and have my residents finish it off." They all nodded in approval, watching as I ask for the surgical suture to close the open cuts. "You should get some rest after this. We will take care of the patients in the ICU later." Resident Kang said as I let out a small chuckle.

"Just have them checked in and get some lunch. You must be starving." He chuckled, nodding. "A little." I laugh a little, skillfully stitches them all up with swift moves that left almost all of the people around me bewitched.

"One might think you're the daughter of Teacher Kim." A nurse said making me laugh again, careful to not affect any of my hand moves. I am constantly reminded of the people here how I resemble so much of Teacher Kim from a K-drama about doctors.

"Doctor Joo, you got a call." I remain my gaze on the opened chest, asking for another set of suture to close up a smaller incision. "Should I pick it up? You have it saved as 'Mr. Ungrateful'..." The nurse looks at me for approval, also wondering why I have such contact saved like that.

God, what does this man want now?

"Just decline it." I said, focusing on ending the surgery faster as the phone start to buzz again. "He's calling again." I throw my head back, looking around the OR to see the people assigned in here.
