It is now the second day of summer camp as Class 1-A with majority of them looking like they just woke up, Atasushi and Aizawa are seen outside of their camp with the time being early in the morning.
Aizawa: Good morning, class. Today, we begin a training camp that will increase your strength. Our goal is to increase your skills exponentially, so that each of you earns a provisional license. This will allow you to face the dangers that continue to fester in the darkness. Proceed carefully. Look alive, Bakugo.
Aizawa passes the ball from the fitness test to Bakugo.
Aizawa: Try throwing that for me.
Bakugo: Yeah, sure. Like in the fitness test.
Aizawa: That's right. When you first started school, your record was 705.2 meters. Let's see if you've improved.
Ashido: Oh, I get it! We're checking our progress.
Sero: A lot's happened to us the last three months. Maybe he can throw it a whole mile now!
Kirishima: C'mon, get it, Bakugo!
Bakugo: I've got this. No one blink.
Bakugo reels back his left arm that is holding the ball and swings it as hard as possible before letting go and unleash a giant explosion that launches the ball.
Bakugo: Go to hell!
The ball flies very far away from him. Once the ball lands, the result is revealed to Aizawa.
Aizawa: That was 709.6 meters.
Bakugo is in disbelief with the distance being almost the same as before.
Sero: That's it? Kinda disappointing.
Aizawa: You've had a single semester at UA, and due to your various experiences, all of you have definitely improved. But those improvements have mostly been limited to mental prowess and technical skill. With a slight increase in stamina thrown in along the way. Your Quirks really haven't grown that much stronger. Not on a fundamental level.
Atasushi: So this training will be focused on your quirk. Please prepare yourself.
Aizawa: This'll be so hard, you'll feel like you're dying. Let's hope you all survive.
The training begins as everyone will be given a different kind of training that caters to their quirk while their training has proven to be excruciating for them.
Bakugo has to repeatedly follow these steps which is to plunge his hands into a huge pot of boiling water before aiming both of them to the sky to unleash an explosion.
Todoroki is inside a tub of water as he activates his ice and fire quirks one at a time which causes the nearby area to be covered in ice and fire at different timings.
Sero shoots out his tape non stop with him looking like he is in agony while Ojiro swings his tail at Kirishima who has his skin hardened.
Kirishima: Come!
Ojiro hits Kirishima several more times which causes him to feel the pain from his tail.
Kaminari grabs hold of a generator and discharges electricity at the generator as he makes the dumb expression because of his quirk.
The rock head boy screams at the top of his lungs as he stands on top of a hill.
Aoyama shoots his laser into the air multiple times and he begins to react to his stomachache by moaning in pain.
Inside a dark cave, loud screams are heard and they belong to Tokoyami.
Tokoyami: Dark Shadow!
Uraraka is floating inside a plastic ball that is rolling down a hill and is trying her best to hold her puke.
