The chapter begins as we see OOO and Midoriya going straight for Kota's secret hideout. Eventually, they reached their location to see Kota being attacked by the muscular man who has his mask removed and his face revealed. The man has a short blonde hair, a right black eye, a left eye prosthetic and a noticeable scar at the left side of his face.
The muscular man is about to smash Kota to the ground, but Midoriya saves Kota by grabbing the boy before the fist reaches the ground. However, Midoriya gets hit by the attack and his phone is destroyed in the process.
As the man stares at Midoriya, the man was suddenly hit by fire projectiles that causes him to stagger away from Midoriya and Kota. This allows OOO to land safely In front of the two.
OOO: Are you two alright?!
Kota: What are you two doing?
Muscular man: Huh. I recognize you. You were on the list.
As he said that, the man looks at Midoriya which causes OOO and Midoriya to understand what he meant.
Midoriya: Hey. I promise everything will be okay. We're going to save you, Kota.
Midoriya and OOO gets into their fighting stance as Midoriya activates his quirk.
Muscular man: You really think you can save this little brat? That does sound like something a wannabe hero would say. Your kind sure likes to mouth off about justice.
The muscles on the man's left arm begins to retract.
Muscular man: The name's Midoriya, right? Perfect. We were told we could take some initiative and kill you.
The muscular man's right arm begins to grow muscles that covers the arm completely as he prepares to attack.
Muscular man: But first, a little torment. Show me your blood.
The man rushes towards Midoriya and OOO. OOO attempts to stop the man only for the man to go right pass OOO and straight for Midoriya before he lands a blow at Midoriya's right side. This results in Midoriya getting blown away and towards a wall.
Muscular man: Whoopsies.
OOO: Midoriya!
OOO flies towards the man and tries to punch him at the chest. However, the man is quick enough to grab OOO's arm before it can hit.
OOO: What?!
The muscular man proceeds to throw OOO away before OOO manages to land safely onto the ground.
Muscular man: Whoopsie. Oh, yeah. Hey. Maybe you can help me out a little bit first. Do you know where a kid named Bakugo might be around here?
OOO and Midoriya seem shocked with Bakugo's name being mentioned and they wonder why the villain wants him.
Muscular man: I still have a job to do, after all.
The muscular man goes straight for Midoriya once again and attempts to punch him. Fortunately, Midoriya is able to dodge it quickly regardless of his injuries.
Muscular man: I'll take your silence to mean that you don't know. Is that right? Oh, good, then. Play time!
The man's leg begins to expand and he suddenly manages to catch up to Midoriya. The man kicks Midoriya in the stomach, resulting in Midoriya crashing to the wall again. After that, Midoriya drops to the ground and his head begins to bleed.
Muscular man: Yes! Blood is exactly what I wanted from you. What'd you promise? That everything would be okay? How's that workin' out for ya, huh? Don't just lay there, stupid.
