Nya, Lloyd, and I were training together. I made a frustrated sound when Lloyd managed to kick me across the room. "You'll get it," Nya said helping me up.

"I suck at this," I said angrily. "I'm never going to be a good Ninja."

"It takes time," Lloyd said. "But you'll get it. Eventually."

"Lloyd's right," Dad said. "None of us were good at what we do overnight. It takes a lot of training."

"I had been trained in the palace. I should be better at this," I said.

"And you are. You are able to hold your own against an opponent," Mom said.

I sighed. "Yeah, I suppose that's true." Not that I'm happy with that but I won't tell them.

"It is true. Now come at me again," Lloyd ordered.

I shook my head. "No." I turned around and found myself flat on the ground.

"Never turn your back on an opponent," Lloyd said in my ear.

"You weren't supposed to be my opponent anymore," I retorted. "I said I was done."

"Well, you're not."

"Lloyd, let me up," I growled.

"Make me."

I dropped my head onto the ground. "How can I do that? My powers don't help me attack anyone. All I have is hand-to-hand fighting and at the moment you have them pinned behind my back."

"Get out of it."

How? I thought for a minute. I twitched my hands but Lloyd only tightened his grip. I ground my teeth together. How does he expect me to get out of this? I inhaled deeply then forced myself to roll which worked. I rolled off him and onto my feet. "There," I said irritatedly.

He just smirked. "See? You can do this."

Too late I realized he just made me do that to prove a point. I groaned. "I hate you."

"I know."

Dareth burst into the room. "Guys, the Sons of Garmadon are on their way here!"

"Crud," I muttered. We all ran out of the building and hid under trash bags and stuff. They didn't find us. But then Dareth had to jump out and say something. Which just brought them back. "Dareth," I hissed angrily as I moved so I was in front of him. "Couldn't you have waited until they were actually gone?"

"I can take them easily," he replied moving in front of me and doing dance moves instead of fighting moves.

"He's going to get himself killed," I grumbled as the big guy threw him against a wall. But then the other Elemental Masters showed up. "Wow," I breathed. Yup, I'm still that princess who gets amazed by stuff because she hasn't been out of the palace all her life.

"Get in," a red-haired girl yelled.

We got in and she drove off. She took us to a warehouse. We all got out and I stared at all the Elemental Masters. "This is amazing," I murmured.

Lloyd smiled. "It is," he agreed. "Skylor, it's been a while."

The redhead nodded. "Yeah," she said. "Who's the new Ninja?"

"Y/n Garmadon. She's my sister," Lloyd replied.

I raised an eyebrow. "I was Y/n Jade but Garmadon and Misako adopted me and now I'm a Garmadon," I explained.

"So Harumi is your sister?" Skylar said.

"Sadly," I murmured. "That's why I'm going to be the one to fight her," I added firmly.

"Okay. Do you have any plans?"

I shook my head. "No, I'm still learning how to do this."

"Well, you should know she's been taking people and throwing them in prison just because they support the Ninja."

"We know," Lloyd said.

I wish I had noticed how she was in the Palace. That way it wouldn't have turned into this big of a mess. "I'm sorry, everyone," I said.

They all looked at me. "For what?" Nya asked.

"For not noticing Harumi was evil in the Palace. If I had this wouldn't have happened."

Lloyd's eyes narrowed. "Are you forgetting our deal?"

"No," I muttered. "It's just harder for me to not blame myself."

"It's the same for me. I fell in love with her," Lloyd reminded me sharply. "Did you forget that? Did you forget that if she hadn't tricked me I would have been able to stop her from getting the mask?"

"Okay, you both need to stop," Nya said. "No one is blaming you guys so you two need to stop blaming yourselves."

I shut my eyes. "I'm trying to stop. But I just can't." I opened my eyes and walked away. I just needed to be by myself for a while.
