Oh Christmas time, oh joyous season
With love and laughter, there's no reason
For hearts to not be filled with glee
As we celebrate the birth of thee
Jesus Christ, our savior dear
Born in a manger, without fear
A humble beginning, yet so grand
A symbol of love, for all the land
With twinkling lights and sparkling trees
We gather 'round, with loved ones to please
Gifts and feasts, we share with delight
As we bask in the warmth of this holy night
The angels sing, the shepherds bow
As wise men travel, to honor thee now
A star shines bright, guiding the way
To the baby in the manger, on this blessed day
Oh Christmas time, a time for love
A time to thank the Lord above
For sending us his only son
To show us the way, and make us one
So let us rejoice, and spread the cheer
For Christmas is here, and Jesus is near
May his love and light, forever shine
