Chapter 2... Should I breathe

Y/N: Do you remember when i was 15 i left to study at other city?
Delmar: yeah, we were all shock to see u comeback one year later and a year behind at school? What happened?
Y/N: well I went to study agriculture but when the last semester was almost over i got kidnapped and raped, funny the ugliest girl of the town getting raped at another city ( she said with a straight faced with her eyes as if looking into a void)
Delmar: I am so so...
Y/N: Stop, let me continue, I'm sharing these with you since you are my confident for today, i don't want your pity!
Well then shall i continue, when i came back i was told to not share what happened to me and the topic was forbidden to mention again. I had to conceal my feelings. Before the classes began i fell ill so we went to the doctor and they told be i was pregnant; once at home my mom called me a whore and told me everything was my fault, what was she supposed to say to grandma, what would the neighbors think, a shameful daughter that's all i was. God had mercy on me and before turning 2 months i lost it, i had a week diet at home, i could not go to a doctor since no one was to know my situation.
Delmars POV:
While hearing what happened my blood started getting hot all i wanted to know was who hurt her to make him pay and sit her family and make them apologize for traumatizing her, for turning their backs instead of giving her a shoulder to rest on and tell her everything was gonna be ok. I swear to God i am gonna do what i can to see her smile

Siblings POV:
Adrian: Anna lets cut the cake its 10pm already
Anna: Ok let me see if i can find y/n
Adrian: No need i saw her talking to our neighbor plus she seemed drunk, doesn't she know how mad mom will get if she sees her drunk or even holding a glass of alcohol. It's better to let her in the shadows, if they ask tell them she is with friends
Anna: ok, lets do that then! Moms health is more important, we can have a talk with her tomorrow.

Y/N: Later in 2018, i started school here but by the end of school year i started getting life threats were they stated to would harm my siblings. I told mom that i wanted to migrate to US and meet my dad so she said that because i was a minor she could not send me alone so she went with me. I knew my sibling would be ok once i was far away plus they live in your area. I know how close you guys are so i left feeling relieved. Once in US my depression got worse, anxiety, stress, loneliness, emptiness all those feeling took over me
And now here i am feeling empty inside useable to connect with my family.

Author: after finishing her story y/n drank one last margarita and turned to see Delmar lost in thoughts, she stood and said while looking at her family cutting the cake, thank you for letting me breathe, i was suffocating myself. Lets forget this conversation happened... after that she left

Delmar: I heard her saying "lets forget this conversation happened"... What in the hell!! You don't drop a bomb in someone and expect them to forget specially if that someone has feelings for you.. (Delmar sat there looking at the floor lost in thoughts)

12 am...
Anna: brother some guess are starting to leave lets do something to turn on the party
Adrian: agreed
Both bothers payed 3hrs extra at the staff in the banquet and music everyone seemed to be having a great time. Their parents were dancing and enjoying themselves with neighbors and friends from church. Both siblings were enjoying time with their friends while making sure to maintain the party alive.
Next day around 2PM
Adrian was talking with their friends; however, Delmar seemed down somehow. Adrian thought it was because he was hangover so he did not put much attention to it.
ADRIAN!! ADRIAN!!
They turned around to see who was calling Adrian's name so desperately
Adrian: Anna?! What's wrong, calm down and tell me did something happened to mom or dad?
Anna: (after calming down) Y/N! She is missing as well as her car! I looked all over the house but she is not there. I dunno what to do, mom wants us to eat together. F**k, why does she act as if nothing matters?
Adrian: I get it, lets separate and look for her some go to the park, other to church, friends, look for her where it comes to mind, lets reunite in 1 hr.
Delmar: I'll tell my men to look for her as well. Don't worry Anna we'll find them
