As I got to the location, I took a deep breath and straightened up my coat. Why do I feel so nervous? It's just a guy I met at my work... Nothing more. I checked the time trying to find any reason to keep myself from going inside. "2:57" Okay... I'm early. I'm going to be okay! I opened the door and quickly found a seat on the left side of the coffee shop. It was near the window. For some reason watching the people shopping outside seemed to calm me. As I waited for Jungwon, I started to people-watch a little. Seeing all the families out at this time shopping for Christmas... Made me kind of sad. It made me think of...them... Yeah, let's not think about that! I moved my attention to the beautiful plants outside. Even though it was as freezing as it was outside, it still had not snowed. Snow came late this year... Speaking of which, I checked my phone again. "3:12... Where is he?" Maybe I'll go get my coffee first... He's probably just running a little behind.
As I got to the front counter the girl behind it smiled at me. "What would you like on this nice day?"
I looked around at the menu. It's been a while since I've been at a Starbucks. Normally, I save up my money for important things so this wasn't a normal thing for me. Hmmm... I remember a few weeks back Sunoo got me a drink and I really liked that one. "I guess I'll have... a Java Chip Frappucino," I said with question in my voice.
She smiled brightly at me and took my order. "It'll be out shortly!" I nodded and stayed by the counter. I hesitantly looked at the time. "How is it already 3:20... Where is he?" I whispered to myself.
The girl came back and gave me my drink. "Waiting for someone?"
I nodded a little then pursed my lips. "Yeah... He was supposed to be here 20 minutes ago."
She frowned. It seemed like she felt bad for me. "I think you've been stood up."
My heart sank. Please don't be true... "I hope not." I took the drink and went back to my seat before she could say anymore. Please come... I tried to drink my coffee and ignore it... But as more minutes went by and that 20-minute wait turned into a 40-minute wait, I started to tear up. W-Wait... What?! I'm not one to tear up so this was strange. What did this stupid boy do to my heart?
I truly had no clue what to do so I texted Sunoo...

Talking to Sunoo truly made me feel better... Maybe I should just go home... I took a deep breath and then started to grab my things. That's when I heard a voice.
"SUNGHOON!" Someone yelled to me... I hated it when people yelled. It brought back... trauma. I looked back to see Jungwon. He ran over to me. "I'm so so sorry! Hey hey, don't cry! I'm so sorry if I did anything to make you cry!" That's when I realized the tears streaming down my face... Honestly, it was probably the screaming that caused it. He cupped my face with both of his hands then wiped away my tears with his thumbs. "How can I make you feel better? I'll do anything to make you not sad anymore."
I looked him in the eyes and did something that confused me so much... Why did I choose to do it?! It wasn't like me to do that. I hugged him tightly. "W-Where were you?" I just met this guy. Why was I so gushy? I hated how weak I was.
He seemed surprised and then hugged me back even tighter while rubbing my back trying to calm me down. "I'm so sorry for not texting you! My dog ate something bad and we had to take him to the emergency pet clinic. I was about to message you but my phone died... Sunghoon, I'm so damn sorry."
I totally understood that... I used to have a dog myself before my parents... I feel bad for thinking the worst. "Is he okay?" I seriously hope the pup is okay!
Jungwon nodded. "Yeah! He's just a dumb dog! He's completely fine now! My parents are making sure to take care of him now!" He smiled brightly at me.
I took a deep breath letting all the stress in my body go. I'm so glad his dog is okay. "Why didn't you stay with him to make sure he's okay?" Seriously, why wasn't he with his pup? If I had one... Again... I wouldn't let them go after they went to the vet!
He cupped my cheek. "Because in the last four days of knowing you... You've become special to me. He's with my parents... That's enough for me. I couldn't keep you waiting alone."
I bit my lip... Did he just call me special? "You could have... I'm okay." I tried to look down but his hand on my cheek caused me to freeze up. Why did his touch do weird things to my body?
He shook his head. "Then why would my snowflake cry?" H-His snowflake? I swear at that moment I was bright red.
I bit my lip. How was I going to get myself out of this moment? I slowly pushed him away from me. "I already got some coffee but how about you get some?!" I pushed him towards the counter.
He chuckled. "Awww are you getting shy?" I rolled my eyes at him. "Okay okay!" He laughed some more. We then went to the counter. "Hi! Can I get a Java Chip Frappucino?" I was shocked. Out of all the drinks on the menu! He looked at me and must have seen me in shock. "Everything good?"
I nodded. "Yeah! I just actually ordered the exact same thing!" I scratched the back of my neck out of nervousness.
He looked at me surprised. "Well, then we must be fated!" He smiled his angelic smile at me.
