Chapter 1: New guy

Seo WanHye's POV

*tetttt tettttt tetttt tetttttt*

I wake up unwillingly. I have to endure another boring day at school. "Urghhh... What a life..." I mumble.
I rub my sleepy eyes and take my towel. Then, heads to the bathroom. As usual, I have to wake up very early so that I won't be bickering with my other siblings to use the bathroom..

After taking some breakfast, I have to go to school early. Today, it's my duty to clean up the classroom with this new guy. What his name again? Aishhhh... I always forgot people's name. Urghhh.. Whatever. It doesn't even matter.

As I can see the school gate, I saw a group of girls who call themself as Sistar. Erghhh.. Those girls again. Why they have to bully kids huh? They're the senior here and we have to listen to whatever they say or ask. I'm sick enough with their attitude which never respect the teachers. Especially the new teachers.

As I was about to reach the school gate, Hyolyn, the girl who can sing beatifully but so annoying, stops me.

"Where do you think you're going?" She asks.

"Uhhh.. I don't have time to 'play' with you. I have so many works to do. So, please excuse me." I said while looking down as if I don't wanna look at their pretty faces. Yup, they're pretty but I'm sick of them. Bullies people everyday as if they're a group of gangsters.

"Woah. Woah. Woah. Hold up.. What did you say? Don't have time eh? We only want your money. If you give us money, then, you can go." Now, Bora, their leader, stands up as if I was trying to hold a fight.

"Can't you all stop from bullying? As if you don't have money... I heard that your father is a wealthy guy who owned a well-known company?" I said under my breath. What did you just said WanHye??? Are you out of you mind??? Aishhhhhh... Now, you'll have to face them.

Bora's face turns into deep red and about to punch me in my face.Fortunately, a guy pulled me away from Bora and I fall onto him.

"Gwenchanayo?" The guy asks.

"Ahh.. Nae.. I'm okay. Thanks for saving me from that dreadful punch from that bully." I said as I rub my elbow which hurts a little.

"YAH! YOU'RE SAFE. FOR NOW.. DO MIND YOUR WORD BITCH, OR ELSE..." Bora said to me angrily and went away with the other girls.

Me and that guy walk into the school together. Awkwardly. Is he following me or what? Where is his classroom actually? What's his name? He don't even wears a nametag. Maybe a new guy? Hmmmmm...

As I walk into my classroom he does the same.

"So, we're in a same class. Would you mind if I sit next to you? It's empty right?" The guy broke the awkward atmosphere.

"... Ahhh... Nae nae.. Of course.." I don't know what to do because I've never had a guy sit next to me. And now, we're in the classroom. Together. Only the two of us. It'll be very awkward.

"Ummm.. So, your name is Seo WanHye?"

"EHHHH.. HOW DID YOU KNOW???" I ask him. Panic. How can he know my name?

He smirks.

"Your nametag" he points at my nametag.

AHHHH... NAMETAG.. Erghhhh.. Why are you like this WanHye?? Aigooo.. Pabo.. Pabo..

"Ahhh.. Nae.. My nametag. Hehhh..." My face turns into red.

"You're so cute.. hahaha.. Okay, my name is Lee HongKi. Do call me HongKi." He smiles.

I don't know what to respon other than an awkward smile. Unexpectedly, my heart was beating unevenly when he said that I'm cute. Waeee?? Aigooo...

Lee HongKi's POV

I saved an angel this morning from being bullied. Yes. An angel. She's naturally beautiful.

Wait, I think, I've fallen in love for the first sight. No no no... Are you dumb? You still fall in love after what Hyuna did? Having a scandal with your own bestfriend without gou even know? You've promised that you don't want to love again until graduated. Wow. Congrats Hongki, you've just fall in love with a pretty angel and you just broke your promise.

"Gwenchanayo?" She brings me back to earth from lost in my own planet of thoughts.

"Hmmm.. I'm okay. I was thinking that will you be alright when you're alone? Will Sistar bully you again? Hmmm.. I think I'm gonna be your bodyguard from today onwards."

And she blushed. Okay. That's cute....

"What nonsense are you talking about? Today is your duty to clean up the class. So, let's start cleaning before the bell rings. Hurry and do your work, Mr. Lee HongKi."

"Yes ma'am" I answer her. With a huge smile.

I managed to make her blushed. She manage to change the topic. And we start doing our work.

While we're doing our works, we share a bit of our story. School life, family and get to know each other. While WanHye busy sweeping the floor, she doesn't even notice that I've been staring at her. I'm captivated by her beauty. Her beauty? It's no joke. She's not even wearing a make up. I love that kind of girl.
