Chapter 17: Result?

Seo Wanhye's POV

No wonder he asked me that question.

I let out a heavy sigh. With tears soaking my cheeks.

"What do you mean?" Jonghoon asks.

"Oh.. uh... No... Nothing." I fake a smile. More tears start to flow down. I try to wipe my tears away with my palm but more and more tears falling down unstoppably.

"Please don't cry. Doctor Lee said we must help him find his memory back. You see, he only forgot some memories. At least he remembers us." Jonghoon says.

"He only remembers you all. And not me." I say in a low tone of voice.

"WHAT?! Do you mean that he forgets you?!" Jonghoon is shocked.

I didn't answer him. Instead, I cry even more.

"B.. but.. How do you know?"

I tell him what happened inside the room when Jonghoon was with Doctor Lee. Everything.

"I.... Can't.... Believe it. M.. maybe he was just playing around?" Jonghoon tries to think positively.

"No... His face was very serious. I... Maybe I really deserve this." I look down. Thinking of what I have done. I should've tell Hongki everything. EVERYTHING.

"I'm.... gonna.... give them a call." Jonghoon says.

After a few moments, we come inside Hongki's room. You know what? It hurts me everytime Hongki tries to look away from me. My heart shatters little by little.

While Jonghoon and Hongki is busy talking with each other, I'm drown by my thoughts. About how selfish I was. How bad am I. Urgh.

Oh lord. Please. Kill me!

Suddenly, I've been snapped out from my thoughts by Hongki's words.

"Jonghoon-ah, is it true that the girl is my girlfriend? She is not yours?" Hongki asks Jonghoon in a very low tone of his voice innocently but I still can clearly hear it. Every. Single. Word. And it tears me apart.

"Are you really doesn't remember anything about her?" Jonghoon asks him in disbelief. Tears starts to form in my eyes.

"I.... do remember something. But..... I don't know what it is. I used to know... the name... Seo... Wan.... Hye. But.... I can't remember anything more than that. Does it have any relation with this keychain? Arghh." He says and suddenly he holds his head and his face was like in pain. His head must be hurt because of too much pushing on remembering something.

"Jagi..... Ani. Hongki. Don't push yourself too much. If you can't remember me now, sooner or later, we'll try our best to make you remember me again. And I can repay on what I have done on you." I say to him as I can't take it anymore. Tears already roll down my cheeks.

As I am about to go outside, suddenly FT Island come in.

"Hyung! News!" Seunghyun shouts -but not too loud- enthusiastically.

"What is it?" Jonghoon and Hongki asks in sync  with a puzzled tone.

"Is it about the result? Of our audition?" Hongki asks.

Wait... Audition? Did they really went for the audition? A... and... Hongki remembers that?

I am still puzzled and frozen at my place right now -on the way to the door.

Lee Hongki's POV

As they were all nodding at my question just now, I become more anxious. What could the result be? Is it bad?

At last. The result is out!  Can't wait!

Every single second feels like days for me as I'm waiting for their respon. I become greedy for the answer.

"What is the result?" I ask.

Jaejin hands me his phone and Jonghoon and I read thoroughly the email.

"OMG! WE DID IT! YEAHHH!" We both shout happily and the others join in -except for the girl named Wanhye.

"We must be prepared for next week! How can I get out from this damn hospital?" I ask frustratingly.

"Hyung, you have to eat. You must finish all the food that they give. So that, you'll be healthy like before!" Jaejin says. "I know, hospital's food tastes bad. But, you have to endure it a little so you can fasten your recovery." Jaejin continues. Is he reading my mind? I was about to say that the hospital food is bad. He really is my best 'brother'.

"Arasso, hyung-nim." I added sarcasm. Everybody smiles.

"Uhm... Hey, guys. I'm going back to Malaysia early in the morning tomorrow. So, good luck and fighting on whatever all of you were happy about just now. I need.... to go right now. I.... still have.... things to do. Bye." She waves goodbye with a fake smile plastered on her face. It really is fake. Tears also rolling down her cheeks. Somehow, I feel like I'm rude toward her.

What if she was really my girlfriend? What if I have broke her heart? Aishhhh....

-time skips-

They all left me inside this dungeon, Oh, It's hospital room. Heh. It's already night time and I'm still trying hard to remember the girl named Seo Wanhye. But, my head will be in so much pain when I try to remember anything.

AISHHH. I should've forget her. Maybe she's not even important for me.

I try to sleep but my head doesn't let me to. My head is still spinning around and try to find my lost memory.

I tilt my body. Suddenly, I felt something under my left arm. I take a look at it and it's the keychain. Somehow, whenever I look at this keychain, I feel pain and I know, this keychain has a relation with that girl.

Why my heart is like in so much pain? What is it that I forgot? Aishhh... This really driving me crazy.

I rub my face with my palm. I'm frustrated. VERY. Urgh.

Again, I look thoroughly at the keychain.

Wait, I think.... I think I saw the same kind of keychain at.... Seo Wanhye's handbag. Is this suppose to be a couple keychain? Or it was only by an accident that we both had the same kind of keychain? Heh. This must be an accident that we both had the same kind of keychain.

As my eyes can't take it anymore, my eyes shut tightly. Several minutes passed and at last, I'm drifted into my deep sleep.
