I never thought I'd see the day,
The day I said goodbye.
The day I'd miss your face,
And all I could do is cry.
But yesterday that day came,
Not unexpectedly.
Opening my eyes to so much,
So much I did not see.
You were my rock in life,
Our entire families glue.
And now that you are gone,
What are we supposed to do?
Your strength is what guided us,
Yet life still goes on.
You will never be forgotten,
The world's greatest mom!
