(Time Lounge / Max's Room)
Max walks into his room after a long day and sees a framed picture of him and his friends before the tournament started.
Max Stone: *sigh* I'm sorry, Papi. We couldn't save you...
A letter slips from the frame and Max begins to read it.
Papi Cell (Note): My dearest Maxi., If you are reading this, then it is as I feared. I met my end at this All-Time Tournament. I will not say do not weep, for not all tears are evil. The truth is, you do not need your papi any longer, little Maxi, you are strong, and you save people. Protect those you love, as I hope I did. I will be with you always my son, in heart, in spirit, and in the literal f**king clone of myself that is your brother and who we all forgot existed. - Always your Papi, Cell.
Max Stone: Wait what?!
Ruby: Max? Someone is here to see you.
Ruby brings Max to the front door and is shocked.
Max Stone: WHAT THE FU-
Papi Cell Jr.: Guess who's back on technicality, IT'S YA BOY, PAPI CELL JR! WHAT A CLIFFHANGER!!!
(Meanwhile)
Marrow: Winter!
Winter: Yes? What is there to report?
Marrow: We just got reports of where Ironwood disappeared too. Apparently... he's made contact with The Dark Empire.
It cuts to Tox bringing Ironwood near a warehouse.
Ironwood: What a gloomy place. This is where you all are hiding out?
Tox: Huh? Like we'd bring you to the actual Demon Realm! Let's say this is where we like to interview new recruits.
Ironwood: The air is practically made of dust here. It's unsanitary.
Tox: You're telling me. The guys inside have been sick for a while.
Tox opens the main door to the warehouse where Android 22, Zamasu, Salsa, Broly, Janemba, and Shroom were waiting for him along with 4 Nomus and an Alpha Nomu.
Tox: Hey guys, I'm back! Brought that general guy from Remnant. He seemed like a guy who's cooperative too. He wanted to talk with you. He seems like a total creep.
Shroom looks at him from top to bottom and grows a devilish grin on his face.
Shroom: Well, you've caught yourself a big one, huh, Tox?
Shroom and Ironwood look at each other as the screen pans over the warehouse, then the city, and the scene cuts to black.
