3rd Person's Pov:
It is just another typical day in the life of 11-year-old Y/N Romanoff. Skipping her way to school, her backpack bounces with each joyful hop. She hums a tune, her mind full with thoughts of princesses, unicorns, and all things magical. As an 11-year-old with a heart full of innocence, Y/N sees the world through the lens of wonder and joy.
Y/N's older sister, Alex (who insists on being called Super Sis), is a 16-year-old, total high school badass. Like, she's got that "I don't care" attitude and a leather jacket that screams rebellion.
Little does she know, the world isn't always as whimsical as the stories she loves.
Y/N bounced into the school courtyard with the enthusiasm of a kid who just discovered a secret candy stash. Her eyes sparkled with excitement as she spotted her best friend, Lily, near the swings.
Y/N's POV:
"Hey, Lily! Guess what? Last night, Mom and Maria let me stay up late to watch a superhero movie. I even had popcorn!" I beamed, my voice filled with childlike wonder.
Lily raised an eyebrow, looking less impressed than I had hoped. "Cool, I guess. Anyway, did you finish your math homework? Mr. Thompson's gonna check it today."
"Oh, math! Yeah, I did it, but I drew a rainbow on top. Do you think he'll like it?" I asked, completely missing the seriousness of Lily's tone.
Lily sighed, shaking her head. "I doubt it, Y/N. You need to take things seriously sometimes. You can't just live in your princess world forever."
I shrugged off Lily's concerns with a carefree smile. "But it's so much more fun in my world! You should join me sometime, Lily."
As the day unfolded, I continued to navigate the school halls like a princess in my own fairy tale.
Unbeknownst to her, there were whispers and giggles that followed her every step - whispers that weren't filled with the same innocent joy.
At lunch, I skipped over to my usual table, where Lily sat with my friends. "Hey, Y/N, we were thinking of playing a new game after school. Wanna join?" Lily asked, her eyes flickering to the others at the table.
"Sure! What game is it?" I asked, my excitement evident in my tone of voice.
"Um, it's called 'Let's See How Many Times Y/N Can Spin Without Falling.' Catchy, right?" Lily said, a mischievous glint in her eyes.
