~Part Seven~

I finally opened up a studio in Atlanta. It was only a 35-minute drive from my home in Covington to my studio. The studio was an investment and one I was damn proud of. It took me five years to accomplish my dream of opening up my own studio, but I finally did it. The gallery was in the front and the actual studio was in the back. The opening was featured in several publications and all across social media.

Today was a big day for me because I was doing my first photo shoot in my studio today! And I was photographing some of my favorite people ~ Noah, Joakim, Nicholas and Nick. Dressed in a red-orange maxi dress, I felt comfortable moving around my studio. I had brought Loki with me and he was currently roaming around the studio while we waited on some of our favorite people to show up.

Adjusting the lights, I hit the button on my camera to make them go off. I moved the left one in and down a bit, hit the button again and saw the flash down on the mark. I felt that little tugging feeling in my abdomen and rubbed my belly.

"Slow your roll in their sister," I said. "You're not ready yet. You have two more weeks."

"Hello?!"

I heard the yell as the front door alarm went off.

"Come on back!"

Moments later, Noah, Joakim, Nicholas and Nick walked into the studio.

"Look at you, hot mama," Noah yelled at me as he ran up to me, wrapped his arms around me and lifted me up.

"Hey sweet boy," I said and kissed him on his forehead.

He gently put me down and I felt that tugging feeling again. I groaned and rubbed my belly.

"You okay?"
"Yeah, she's just being really active."

"You look like you're about to bust," Nick said as he hugged me.

"I feel like it."

"Hey Nova," Nicholas said with a smile.

"Hey sweetheart, how are you," I asked him as we hugged.

"I'm good."

"November, you are glowing," Joakim said as he bent down to smack me on my lips quickly.

"Thank you. So, if you all will go into the clothes room right there," I said and pointed to the right. "You each have a rack with your name on it. Go pick something out and we will go from there."

Several times during the first session, I kept feeling that tugging sensation. I'd gritted my teeth, groan and rub my abdomen.

"Are you alright," Joakim asked as I lowered my camera again.

"To be honest, I don't know at this point."

"Are you having contractions?"

"You have to remember, Joakim, this is my first pregnancy. I'm assuming these are contractions I'm having."

Then I felt it. The water splash on the floor in between my bare feet and splashed onto his shoes. I looked down and back up at him. He put his hands on my forearms as that contraction hit me so hard that I belted over.

"Oh! Uh.....oh.....gahhhh!"

"Breathe," he said. "Where is your phone?"

"In my office."

"Nick," Joakim said. "Go get her cell phone and call Will for us."

"Sure."

"Noah, call 911," Joakim said as he began making me breath with him.
