🎄 Christmas special 🎄
(Sorry it's late)

Third person POV:

"Midoryia," Todoroki said sternly to get the boy's attention. "Hm? Oh hi Todoroki!" Midoryia responded, using his quirk to float to the top of the large christmas tree to decorate it. "I have a question." Midoryia nodded and carefully went to the ground, dusted himself off, and smiled brightly at his friend. "Shoot away!" Todoroki furrowed his eyebrows at the expression but ignored it because this question was way more important.

"I mean, this is all nice, but why do people get so excited for...for Christmas? What's so special about it? I mean, I know it exists but what is it? Why do people celebrate it? It's confusing," Todoroki said as he played with the hem of his shirt anxiously. "Oh, have you never celebrated it before?" Midoryia asked with a sad expression. "I wouldn't even know what we were celebrating." Midoryia sighed and bit his lip. "Well, I don't particularly use christmas as a specific celebration, but realistically, if you're Christian, they celebrate Christmas as Jesus's birthday, but I read that it wasn't actually his birthday, but I won't rain on anyone's parade! But I digress, I celebrate this holiday more for the family part of things. It's a day where you can get with all your loved ones and hang out and laugh and eat and just be happy! It's my favorite holiday! People also like to buy their loved ones a gift, or many depending on things, and it is called a present and they go under the Christmas tree!" Midoryia explained with excitement in his eyes. It was a lot to process for Todoroki, but he smiled softly anyways at the way his crush got so passionate. "Should I buy gifts for the people I care about?" Todoroki asked with a serious tone. Midoryia snorted and shrugged. "That's all up to you! You don't have to, but you can if you want!" Midoryia couldn't contain his smile, staring at the tall clueless boy made his heart skip and he felt really happy. How could he not?

"I'm going to the store then. How do I know what people like?" Todoroki bit his lip. "Well, usually people write lists of what they like and what they want. You could also ask!" Midoryia grabbed an ornament from a box. "Well then, what do you want, Midoryia?" Todoroki asked plainly. The greenette's eyes widened before he giggled. "Well, you know me!! Anything All Might is perfect! But there is one thing I really want but it's not really something you can buy or make, really. It's just- something I hope happens! Despite how ridiculous it is...anyways god I always get off track! Anything All Might is fine, maybe some books!" Midoryia rambled. Todoroki felt his mind warp, trying to figure out what he wanted that Todoroki couldn't buy. It wasn't like he didn't have money, he certainly could buy whatever Midoryia wanted. He'd do anything to make him the happiest he could be. Midoryia was everything to him.

Todoroki tried to think of other people who were important to him, and when he came to a conclusion, he started walking to their dorm since they're never out with the class. He knocked on the door and heard a loud groan. "What?! I'm not decorating for Christmas! Quit askin' Shitty Hair!" Bakugo screamed. "Bakugo, it's Todoroki. I have a question." Bakugo groaned again and swung the door open, glaring at the dual colored boy. "What is it, Icyhot, spit it out before I beat your ass," he growled. Todoroki knew it was an empty threat, ever since they didn't get their provisional license and had to take classes together, they grew closer and became good friends. "What would you like for Christmas?" He asked with his familiar stoic voice. "Seriously? That ruins the surprise dumbass. You're supposed to keep it a secret on what you're getting them! You really are stupid, Tch. Just buy what you think I'll like idiot," he scoffed, rolling his eyes. Todoroki hummed. "I apologize, Midoryia did not inform me of that," Todoroki said with a slight bow. "Tch, whatever.." bakugo rolled his eyes again before slamming his door shut. Todoroki flinched slightly before biting his lip and walking away.

He decided to grab his wallet from his room and just head to the store now. He made a list of the people he needed to buy for:
