Chapter 2: Trip to where?

(Open at the forest a few steps away from branch's bunker)

*JD and the brothers stand by waiting for branch's answer, while branch questions in his mind, "why would they want me to go on a trip with them?" "Where will they take me?" "What if I have to make plans with Poppy later?" "AUGHHHHHH".*

*The brothers look at branch while he just stands there not saying a word, probably thinking that something is wrong so Floyd walks towards branch standing right in front of him and asks him:*

F:"Is something wrong, Branch? If you had plans, we can ask another time!"

*Branch slips back into reality after zoning-out from his mind, he goes red out of embarrassment for just zoning out of nowhere when JD just asked him a question.*

*He shakes his head around and looks at Floyd smiling, looking like he is also worried at the same time.*

B:"No I'm fine! But why would you want me to go on a trip with you guys?"

*One of Branch's eyebrows raised as if there was something suspicious going on. JD looks at the other brothers and they look at him with a weird look that Branch couldn't really comprehend.*

JD:"Well, we just wanted to try and get to know about you or maybe ourselves more since we've been gone for so long. We just want to spend time with you, Bitty B."

*Branch looks at JD when he says that and looks back at his brothers with a questioning glare that looks like he is saying "Is this true? Or is he just wanting something?"*

*Branch looks back at JD with a kinda annoyed look at the same time.*

B:"This is kind of a weird time to just ask me that, don't you think? I don't think I have time for that right now, since I have to watch over Pop village. It's my duty. Also, please stop calling me that, just call me Branch."

*JD looks desperate for Branch to go on this trip. Branch looks weirdly at JD and questions what his decision will be. Should he go or should he just stay here and not go?*

JD:"Please Branch, it's a pretty perfect moment to do this now. It wouldn't be the same any other time!"

*JD saying very desperately looking at Branch, he looks like he is about to be on his knees pleading for him to accept going on this journey. Branch looks over his shoulder behind him, where Pop Village is.*

*He thought of what Poppy might think if he had to leave his job for a bonding trip with his brothers, but he looks back at his brothers seeing how desperate they look. Branch sighs and looks back at JD*

B:"Fine, but I have to ask Poppy first."

*JD's eyes shoot up with excitement hoping his pleading method has been successful. Branch leaves for a moment to go ask Poppy if he could leave his duties behind for this trip. Poppy agreed, obviously she had to agree.*

P:"Of course, it's okay! You need to have some time with your brothers since family is one of the most magical bonds in the world! Besides, I owe you since I go to visit Viva and the put-put trolls at the golf course every few days, leaving you with extra work.*

*I'll take care of the villagers in your place until you come back! Now go spend time with your brothers! But stay in contact!"

*Poppy answers his question so hopefully to Branch and Branch laughs off at Poppy's last sentence and he hugs Poppy, likely trying to say silently, "Thank you but now I have to deal with JD now." He waves her goodbye, and swings off.*

*While Branch was swinging away, it sounded like Poppy was trying to say "I will visit you later before you leave!!". Branch lands back to where his brother's were waiting for him to see what Poppy's reply was.*

JD:"So what did she say?"

*The brothers crowd around him waiting for his reply that holds this very trip on the line. He reply's with what Poppy said and JD was excited for the trip.*

*JD signaled the brothers to come inside Rhonda and when they were inside, JD pulled out a long piece of paper and slapped it down onto the table showing the plan of what they were going to do for the whole trip.*

*While Branch looks around at the paper, he sees the additional information that the other brothers added because they also wanted to be involved in the plan.*

*He saw all of the different handwriting, knowing exactly which piece of handwriting was belonging to which brother, the sloppy handwriting was probably JD, the cursive writing was probably Bruce and Clay because they were proper now and he saw Floyd's writing, it was standing out from the rest of the writings on the paper. It was not cursive nor was it sloppy. It was pretty unique to him. The brothers all look up at each other and Branch asks.*

B:"So, where are we even going?"
