"Are the chip and membrane fully inserted?" Ysanne Isard asked a medical droid. "Yes director. The membrane and chip along with all their memories have been implanted successfully. His memory adjusting has been also done ." The droid replied. "Very well, wake him up." She ordered.

The only thing audible was the sound of machinery. Be them pistons releasing pressure, hydraulics moving back and forth or electric motors moving; it was all that was heard.

By virtue of the loud noises, Sigil opened his eyes just in time to see a black mask being lowered onto his face. He was confused as to where he was. He was supposed to be on Endor, why was he here?

But jut as the helmet set in, the operating table he was on began to rise, he spotted the Ysanne Isard, standing off to the side. "Ysanne? What am I doing here?" He questioned.

"You were injured brother, very severely so we had to fix your suit." She began, trying to put on a show. Her plan was implanting a membrane in his mind to convince he was Vader and they were siblings with altercations to Vader's memories. An intricate plan that would guarantee her safety.

"What of the Emperor?" He asked. "Dead. He was killed by the Rebellion over Endor." She replied as he hissed a breath. He was relieved at the news of Palpatine's demise. This left them in charge of the Empire.

"So we are sovereigns?" He asked. "No, you could grant yourself the title of regent and myself grand Vizir but that as far as we can go." She replied, angering him.

"Why?!" He demanded, ripping off the restraints as he stepped forwards. "Because the Emperor had a support base among people while you only worked to terrorize them." She replied, standing her ground.

He breathed once more. "Very well." He replied, much more calmly.

"How long was I out for and what happened?" Ge asked. "You were presumed dead but I insisted on a search while the alliance left.

In the span of two months, many ambitious officers and Moffs carved out their own areas to rule. With nobody convinced you survived, there was nothing but me and the provisional Moff council holding the core and colonies together." She finished.

"Now with Palpatine and Tarkin out of the way, I can finally reform this military." He said with enthusiasm.

"Yes but first you need to address the Empire, Moff council and military." She reminded.

"Very well, follow me." He said, trying to lead the way out. "Wait." She said, placing a hand on his soldier. "You'll need this." She said, placing a lightsaber in the palm of his hand. He nodded in appreciation, taking the hilt from him and heading off.

For now Ysanne was contempt, as long as he avoided getting personal, her plan should hold.

On his way to address the council of Moffs, he was getting terrified looks and feelings from the patrolling stormtroopers and commuting bureaucrats and officers.

When the sliding door to the Moff council chambers opened, all those present turned to him in shock. They thought Isard was merely bluffing but no; Vader was alive.

But not everybody was convinced, seeing as some stood up. "Droid repli-" One ttied shouting, instead getting his neck broken, which was enough to convince the rest.

"Moffs of the Galactic Empire, your setting up of this assembly and maintaining order in the core and colonies was appreciated.

But seeing as the Emperor perishes over Endor, I declare myself regent.

And my first move as regent, is to grant director Isard as Grand Vizir; seeing as she already heads this council." He stated loud and clear.

"Umm, Lord Vader, what are we going to do about the defectors?" A Moff asked, pointing to the mass mutiny and treachery present. "The priority is with the rebels, defectors will be dealt with later." He stated. "You are to relay news of government restructuring across the Imperial bureaucracy." Waa his address before heading out to address Imperial high command.
