Elena opens the door and frowns confused seeing Elijah, Loki, and Ada standing on the porch
Elijah: Hello again
Loki: Hello future daughter in law
Elena: Ada....
Ada: Hello sweetheart.
KITCHEN
Elijah: All we need is to take that stake away from him. Once he's been disarmed, the weapon's in my possession, my family will scatter to the ends of the Earth and Alaric will follow us.
Stefan: And you'll just run?
Ada is sitting beside Elena rubbing her fingers over her hand, Elena gives her hand a squeeze
Elijah: We've done it before. Klaus and Rebekah spent the better part of a thousand years evading my father. What's another half century while Elena is able to live out the rest of her natural life?
Elena: We've finally stopped him, Elijah. After everything that he's done to us, I can't just let you bring him back.
Elijah: I give you my word, Elena. I will not revive Klaus within yours nor even within your children's lifetimes. Perhaps that will finally teach him some manners.
Loki: Tell me how can they trust you, "ye old noble one"? You claim to be noble but you've fucked them over time and time again
Elijah: And for that, I am deeply ashamed. But know this, she could have been dead the instant I walked through that door tonight, so Elena, I leave it to you to make the decision whether to trust me or not.
Loki: Bah! Poppycock!
Ada: Kol will honor the terms of deal, darling and Rebekah will as well.
Elijah: Do we have a deal?
Elena looks at Ada who lifts her hand to her lips
Ada: It's your choice, sweetheart.
Elena: Why do you want Klaus' body?
Elijah: He's my brother. We remain together.
Elena: [sighs] We have a deal.
Loki: Now with the upmost respect, get out. You're sticking up the place with that horrible cologne you're wearing, Elijah or I will feed you to my son Jormungandr.
Elijah's eyes widens in fear as he quickly stands up and vamps speeds out of the house.
Ada and Matt: Pussy.
ELENA'S BEDROOM
Elena and Ada are holding each other in each other's arms
Elena: Ada, make sure Alaric doesn't get Jeremy.
Ada: Jeremy will be fine. My father is with him.
Elena looks worried, Ada caresses her face
Ada: What's wrong?
Elena: Lately, I feel like every time someone walks out of this house, there's a chance they may not make it back home.
Ada: Well, I promise I will do everything in my power to make sure that we all come back.
Elena lunges forward pressing their lips together, Ada keeps her hands on her face kissing her back, walking her back to the bed. Elena snakes her arms around her neck moaning into the kiss.
Elena: I love you, Ada
Ada: I love you too, sweetheart.
She pulls out a ring from her pants pocket and gets on one knee
Elena: A-Ada?
Ada holds up the ring
Ada: I'm not asking you to marry me yet but will you take this ring and be mine?
Elena smiles sweetly nodding her head, Ada slides the ring on her finger and stands up cupping her face touching their lips in a sweet gentle kiss wrapping her arms around her waist
Ada: You are so beautiful
Elena: I love you
Ada: I love you too, darling.
