Elena and Matt walks into the house
Elena: I'm so sorry. Listen. When I asked you to stay with Jeremy, I never thought--
Matt: What did you expect, Elena? It's Damon.
Elena: I never wanted anyone to get hurt.
Matt: Well, then you shouldn't have left him and Ada in charge. Look. I'm sorry. I know you didn't have a choice. Sire bond and all.
Elena: Sire bond doesn't work like that and Ada's----she's changed.
Matt: All I know, Elena, is that the old you would have never left Jeremy with Damon and she would never take a murderer for her word, especially after what happened last night.
Elena looks at him shocked and hurt at him saying this.
Her phone rings, she answers it
Elena: Jeremy?
Jeremy: Elena, we're in trouble.
Elena: Whoa whoa whoa, slow down. Where's Damon?
Jeremy: Listen to me. Kol attacked us. I barely got away, but he has Damon.
ADA'S MANSION
Ada is sitting on the couch in the living room in front of the fireplace. Elena is sitting beside her
Ada: A bit ironic you coming to me for help, darling.
Elena: This is your fault!
Ada: And now the little brat Kol has gone and made things worse
Elena: CALL HIM OFF!!
Ada grabs her chin harshly making her look up at her. Elena gulps at the darkened look in her eyes
Ada: You are in no position to make demands, Love. I wear the pants in this relationship, darling. I have other reasons for finding the cure.
Elena: Whatever our differences, we want the same thing. Please, baby, I'm begging you.
Ada smiles, battering her eyelashes and kisses her sweetly on the neck
Ada: Oh darling, you know I can never say no to those eyes of yours. They're my weakness.
She takes out her cell phone and dials Kol's number
Ada: Kol, back in town and already causing misfit.
Kol: I was only some fun
Ada: Those vampires were for the hunter.
Kol: I'll make some more and did you forget what will happen? Silas, Ada
Ada: And when he rises, I shall end him once and for all.
Elena places her hand on the side of her face leaning in kissing her gently on the lips. Ada slowly moves her lips against hers
Elena: I love you
Ada: I love you more, sweetheart.
Elena: Will Kol listen to you and let Damon go?
Ada: He knows better then to anger me, darling. You can trust him.
Elena buries her head into her chest while Ada wraps her arms around her and runs her fingers through her hair.
GILBERT HOUSE
Jeremy is standing at the kitchen table staring at Odin, Loki, and Thor
Jeremy: So I won't have to kill anyone to complete the mark?
Thor: No, Jeremy, you won't have to kill anyone
Loki: This is the boring way of doing things.
Both Odin and Thor gives him a look, he rolls his eyes
Odin: A snap of my fingers and your mark will be completed but the cure goes to Asgard when you acquire it
Jeremy: Why Asgard?
Odin: I will simply make more of it and keep it for any vampires who prove themselves worthy of being human once more.
Jeremy sighs out loudly
Jeremy: Do it.
