Change (Cole Walter)

Chapter 4

I got up with a pounding headache and with Jackie gone. I went down stairs to see Katherine making breakfast.
"Oh sweetie you look miserable." She says
"My head hurts." I said
"Well maybe you should stay home today."
"I don't know it's only my second day." I say
"Well you look really sick so maybe you should just stay home actually no I'm pulling a mom card you are going to stay home no buts."
"Ugh fine."
"Ok well I have to go see you when I get back and tell Cole that you won't go today please."
"Mhm."
"Hello Isaac." I say
"MIA!" I hear Jackie scream.
"Jackie? Isaac what did you do!" I say
"Nothing."
"Jackie what do you need."
"Kathrine!" She says
"She left already!"
"Ahhhh!" She scream again
"Ouch my head."
"Are you ok?" Isaac asks
"No my head is killing me." I say
"You should go sit down." He suggested
"On it." I say
I walk upstairs with I little trip here and there and my head feels like it's spinning.
"Wow there." Cole says
"Oh I'm sorry." I say
"Are you okay?" He asks
"No." I say
"Well at least you're honest." He says
I laugh.
"So let's get you to your bed." He says
"Ok."
He brings me to my bed and lays me down.
"I feel like my head is going to explode." I say as Jackie runs into our room.
"Cole get out!" She says really loud.
"Could you keep it down your sister is sick."
"Fine." She says
Cole leaves
"Did you plan this?" She asks
Huh what is she talking about. And she turns on the lights.
"You need to stop faking sick and pulling pranks on me it's not funny!" She screams
Ouch my head is spinning more I feel like I'm going to throw up.
"I'm going to throw up get someone please." I say as loud as I can.
"No you're not you're just faking this it's not a joke." She says
Right after I throw up on the side of my bed.
"Does it look like I'm faking now?" I say
"No I'm getting Cole." She says

Long story short she didn't get Cole cause she needed to get ready and I had to clean up my puke. I stayed up in my room all day doing nothing and feel like I'm twirling every single time I get up.

Everybody is home except Jackie and Cole. They probably are doing something together  and they don't care that I'm in the room puking my guts out in a tiny trash can Kathrine gave me after I threw up in front of her. I don't know why I'm sick. It's nice out and everything is clean. I don't know how the only people I talked to are the Walter's and Jackie also Erin. Dinner got called down and I heard the rumble it sounded like thunder. I love it. I'm a great listener I can hear great from a distance or maybe the house has thin walls but I can hear everything Katherine and everything everyone is saying. But I decided to go down stairs cause I'm starving.
"Katherine." I say
I hear her get up and George is still talking.
"Sweetie what are you doing down here."
"I'm really hungry and I smelt the food from upstairs and my stomach wants some." I say
"Well I'll make a plate and have one of the boys send it up." She says
"Ok." I say as I walk back upstairs but I trip and fall and I think I crack something. 
"Ouch." I said as I see Kathrine run for me.
"Oh sweetheart are you okay?"
"No." I say
Like I said the walls are thin and Jackie isn't very quiet so I heard
"She just faking she does this all the time."
With all the power in me I walk back into the kitchen.
"You really think I'm faking well that's really crazy I threw up in front of you this morning and you said you were going to get Cole but you didn't and left without saying anything to anyone so I was left here by myself until Kathrine showed up and you're worried that your hair has a little bleach in it and I'm over here puking my guts out and I'm faking!" I say
"Ew." I hear a lot of people say
"You did it all the time in New York so why would you change?" She asks
"Because you're the only family I have left!" I screamed
Ouch I hurt my own head.
"Girls come on stop it Mia let's get you to bed."
I have tears running down my face.
"Mom I'll take care of her you go and eat." Cole says
"No Cole you still need to apologize to Jackie." Kathrine says
"I don't need help I'm fine." I say as I walk back upstairs. Yet a trip again.
"I hate stairs." I say

Jackie fixed her hair and I was already have asleep when she started to talk to me.
"I don't want you to talk to me or about me at all. You made me sound like the bad guy in front of all the Walter's but if they say anything to you we fixed ok." She says
"Ok." I say.
The only thing I could think about is Cole and only Cole his face hair the day I saw him coming out of the pool. The time I went for a walk and he felt like I could talk to him about anything in the whole world. Is this what it feels like to actually have a friend to care for you or an entire family? It feels good. But back to Cole, my head started to feel better and it doesn't spin when I get up so I texted him.

Hey can I come to your room cause I  think Jackie is really mad at me?

Yeah you can the door is always open for you.

I walk away from my bed and was right before the door Jackie says something.
"Where you going?"
"Why would you care you don't want me talking to you anymore." I say as I walk out.
