As the Halftime break started, we see the atmosphere in Kazami's locker room, which was a gloomy and depressing atmosphere.
No-one dared to speak.
'If they could stop me that easily, why let me score three consecutive threes? What was the point?' Hyūga thought as he stared at the floor.
Not even the coach knew what to say, he himself was too shocked to speak.
'What kind on monster game did we get ourselves mixed into?' Thought Tokugawa as he looked over his team.
"I know it must be painful, but. I want you to continue playing at your best until the end. Quitting mid-game is unacceptable. You guys have to be play at 100% for the rest of the game, then we'll talk about the areas of improvement after the game." Spoke Tokugawa.
The man hadn't expected to come and win the game against Meikō, even with his high expectations, he was expecting a loss, however. A loss of this calibre, was unprecedented.
It made him realise that there are talented players and then are unreal players, it was clear that the five freshmen who had played a major part in the loss, would eventually fall into the latter category.
Meanwhile, in Meikō's locker room, the atmosphere was a happy one.
Hikigaya stood up as he looked at Momoharu. "Momoharu. It's time now." Hikki started.
"Hai." The blond stated while looking at the white haired boy with a smile. "Just tell me what to do." He stated.
"While Ogiwara has reached a state where he can beat anyone of them, I'll be looking towards you in these next two quarters, in terms of scoring and defending." Hikigaya started.
"I'll be focusing on making plays for you, when you get the ball, go wild." The white haired boy stated with a smirk.
That was all that Momoharu needed to hear as he smiled heartily.
"Of course!" He exclaimed as Asuka looked at the blond.
"It seems I can discern his animal too. His animal, is a leopard!" Asuka stated to Hikigaya as he smirked.
"I can see it too. But I'm sure he's got more than just beast instinct..." Hikki stated as he glanced at Momoharu, who seemed to be in a trance of excitement!
