Both teams immediately went to their respective benches after Masahiko's incredible display of strength.
Murasakibara in question sat in silence, unable to comprehend the fact that there was an even greater threat than him.
'I should be angry right now. I should be raging. But...Why do I currently feel like I want to get back at him.
This feeling is so annoying. Yet. I can't stop it. Who does that guy think he is? I'll crush him myself.' The giant thought as his teammates looked at the giant with concern after not hearing his usual complaints of hunger for a while.
"Hey, Mukkun. Are you alright?" Momoi asked with concern as she looked at her friend.
"Hah? I'm fine Momo-chin. I just gotta focus on the game at hand now, huh?" The giant stated as his teammates smiled at the response.
"Good. Murasakibara. I want you to go all out, this is the only way to match Masahiko's talent. Judging by the last play, I can tell that their teamwork is off the charts, they play so well off each other...Momoi." Assistanr Coach Sanada focused his attention on the manager of the team.
"Hai, sensei." The pink haired girl replied. "How good do you think Meikō's point guard and captain, Hikigaya Ryouta, is?" Sanada asked as Momoi thought about it.
"His talent level is on an entirely different level. I believe that he often restricts his full capacity and if he stopped relying on his teammates, he might have a chance at winning the game himself." The pink haired girl said as her teammates looked at their team manager in shock.
"But?" Sanada asked, sensing a 'but'.
"That's if we don't give our all also. I believe that he doesn't think he'll have to go all out when he's got a starting line up of players similar to his talent level, and considering he's never faced a team of our caliber, it may be too late before he gets serious, buying us time to compete.
So. With that said, if we can't take Hikigaya-kun down, then we go for another. After this five minutes, Haizaki should come in for Aomine-kun in order to disrupt Meikō's flow.
Hikigaya-kun often runs the offense through Ogiwara-kun. If Haizaki can disrupt his rhythm and buy us a chance at a lead, then we could potentially have a great chance at winning the game." The female said with a smile as the coach nodded.
"Alright then. Aomine. You're out for the time being. Haizaki. You're in. I want you to disrupt number 5's rhythm and grant us a chance at taking the lead in this match." Sanada requested as Haizaki smirked while Aomine whined, as expected.
"What! I barely even got ten seconds and you already wanna take me out? Sensei! Please! I wanted to play against Haru!" Aomine pleaded as Sanada gave the boy a stern look, making the boy stop whining, but he still held a sad expression.
"No. You'll get your chance after Nijimura. Have trust in your senpai freshman." Sanada stated as Aomine crossed his arms, already displaying his childish traits.
"Oh. Wait. This means that when Haru is least expecting it...BAM! I hit him while his guard is down. You're so wise sensei!" Aomine realised the 'plan' his sensei had come up with.
"You idiot." Midorima sighed.
"Sure..." Sanada stated while averting his eyes. As long as Aomine agreed to sitting out for the time being. He could come up with his own conclusions.
On the other side, Meikō was having their own discussion. "That was great Isame. Great timing. Give us a break while we've got the momentum and give the enemy time to strategise. Great planning dude!" Momoharu said happily.
