Chapter 6: Marshal of New world

City of Stratfon, 0500

"What?" "You are officialy assigned as Marshal of territories beyond the gateway, Marshal Vasily Kolchak" says Federation official as Vasily stands in his office. "During Cascadian invasion you shown exceptional bravery, especialy during the battle to eliminate general Faust" The official says looking over the papers. "We have passed vote to officialy annexed direct area on the other side of the Gate to Magadan" he said. "i... understood sir" Vasily says as he salutes "Dissmised... oh and by the way, we are sending additional materials to build bigger permament settlement" Vasily nods as he leaves, he walks onto dark streets of Stratfon, few car driving by as he walk towards gate checkpoint. 

"Marshal" Two guards salute him, it seems news of his promotion travelled quickly. He entered one of the trucks and drove once again through gate.

On the other side...

"You alright oceanian?" Asks Pilot of FS/E-111 as vita himself is currently analizing photos he taken during recon and monitoring area "Affirmitve Pilot, keep your heading. Recon-4-1 got info there is supposed to be town which might be object of interest for us." Vita says dissmisive of his sleep issues "Wait, bearing 0 3 0, you see that?" "Yea i see it.. it fits description well" The town they spotted Sizeable settlement with 3 main gateway- "Shit..." Vita says as he sees several smoke plumes form eastern gate, with a sizable force retreating from the city. Vita would start doing photos for recon and possible future use

AWACS Vita: <<<We found town Recon-4-1 was talking about, it was just attacked by group of what looks like "Empire" Army, advice?>>>

S-6 Actual Ground Command | Vasily Kolchak: <<<...im ordering our forces to create small convoy, 4 UAZ jeeps. Vita, Have air cavalry on standby>>> Vasily heard copy from Vita he run toward armory "i want 2 squads at the ready!" He shouted to nearby soldiers, he heard quick roger/understood as he walked in. He took the new ASH-12.7, loaded with absolute beast of caliber 12.7X55mm he seen few other soldiers walk in "Take ASH-12's, and as much ammo as possible. " Vasily says as he walks off to jeeps. He waits few minutes as 14 people walk in, all armed with new Rifles "Alright, we got 4 jeeps ready, 2 go with me, rest go split to other cars." He ordered as he entered lead car. 

S-6 Actual Ground Command | Vasily Kolchak: <<<Vita, Monitor the situation above the town, get air support on standby, mark the location too>>> 

AWACS Vita: <<<Understood, Ural 3, Ural 1, Driver, push on my location and form up around. S-6 actual, air cavalry will be ready to depart in around 10 hours>>>

S-6 Actual Ground Command | Vasily Kolchak: <<<10 hours? thats lot longer than expected... copy that Vita, ETA to your location... 4 hours>>> Vasily said as the convoy started moving at full speed. 3 people in first car and 4 per 3 cars left. "Marshal?" Asked private sitting next to him "You sure its a good idea? i mean, i know its against the so called "Empire" But still, is it worth it?" Vasily continued to drive, responding with "Kid, im gonna be honest... we are doing this to secure the town, we might be able to defend and annex it... or get friendly relations with locals... im still thinking which option is better" Say the Marshal as they drive through dirt roads 

AWACS Vita: <<<Convoy be advised, QRF is on standby awaiting orders>>> Vita announces as VX-23, F/S-15 and F/E-4 fly along him "Pilot, how are we on fuel?" "Nearly empty, we gotta RTB." "Roger that" 

AWACS Vita: <<<All units be advised, Vita is going RTB for 1 hour. Keep your heads on the swivel>>> 

Marshal himself continued driving but he spotted something in west "Convoy halt!" The cars stopped as Vasily walked out the car, taking binoculars out to see... "Well i be damned" Vasily chuckled as he gazed on corpse of Red Dragon. "Take photos boys, we are taking 15 minute break"  Said Kolchak before he heard radio trasmission

S-6 Actual Ground Command | Vasily Kolchak: <<<Copy that, remain on standby>>> Vasily says as he and his soldiers get back in the cars and drive off

3 Hours later

AWACS Vita: <<<Convoy be advised, you ETA is 20 minutes, nearly full hour ahead>>> Said Vita as he sees plume of smoke from cars 

S-6 Actual Ground Command | Vasily Kolchak: <<<What can i say Vita, we might not get another chance like this>>>

"Vita, bearing 1 3 0, you see that?" Ask AWACS Pilot. Vita turns the camera to see... shit-

AWACS Vita: <<<all units be advised, Unknown convoy moving from bearing 1 3 0, i repeat we got unknown convoy moving... ETA 10 minutes Vasily, advising to cease advance>>>

S-6 Actual Ground Command | Vasily Kolchak: <<<...Negative Vita, we got chance to make first contact, with us having advantage. We are moving in, now. Ground units prepare fo possible first contact, do not engage, i repeat, do not engage>>>

With that 2 Groups are about to meet in front of Gates to the local city... Vasily prayed that it wouldnt end with blood
