Josie and Lizzie were currently in the hospital waiting for Josie's name to be called out.
"This is stupid, I'm leaving if they don't call my name out in the next 5 minutes" Josie breathed out, annoyed with her sister. Lizzie rolled her eyes at her sister's words.
"Do you want me to come inside with you?" Lizzie asked her twin sister. "Alright," Josie agreed.
"Josette Saltzman" The nurse called out, Josie got up from her chair and started walking towards the room, with Lizzie on her tail.
"Hello, I'm Doctor Elena Salvatore. I'll be your doctor for today- Josie? Lizzie? Did one of you guys get pregnant?!" Their aunt Elena exclaimed walking into the room.
"Not yet, Auntie. I'm just feeling a bit sick" Josie chuckled, while their Aunt Elena got some gloves. "Why didn't you go to your school nurse?" Aunt Elena asked while putting on the gloves.
"I didn't want to worry Mum" Josie answered biting her lip. Elena nodded and began the examination.
After the examination, their aunt Elena grabbed the stuff for a blood test. "I didn't find anything in the examination, so I'm going to do a blood test, is that okay?" Josie nodded, gripping Lizzie's hand harder.
"Okay I'll go do rounds, and I'll be back after your results come" Their aunt Elena smiled, then left the room. Just then twin's phone beeped. Lizzie pulled out her phone from her back pocket.
"Mum's asking where we are" Lizzie chuckled, Josie rolled her eyes.
"Tell her we are getting some food" Josie answered, earning an eyebrow raise from Lizzie. "I don't want her to worry, Liz" Josie said crossing her arms over her chest.
"Okay then, done" Lizzie answered as she sent the text. The blonde put her phone in her back pocket and started to make small talk with Josie.

After 30 minutes of small talk, their Aunt Elena walked into the room with a clipboard in hand. She had a serious look on her face.
"Josie, would you like Lizzie in the room for this information?" their Aunt Elena asked, the serious look still on her face.
"Yes," Josie answered she would want her sister for any information, and she gripped Lizzie's hand harder at their Aunt Elena's words.
"Okay, then," their Aunt Elena said. "You're pregnant Josie"
"What?" Josie asked, glancing at her twin sister. "But I haven't had sex with any male-". Hope. The last person she slept with. "Wha- That's not possible," Josie said gripping Lizzie's hand harder.
"I knew it, you had sex with Hope Mikaelson," Lizzie said, she found out what Hope and Josie did.
"Well, with that family. Anything can happen" Elena said as Josie pulled out of hug between her twin. Elena pulled Josie into a hug.
"Do you want me to tell Caroline and Alaric?" Elena asked standing near the door.
"No" Josie answered, as Elena nodded and left the room.
Josie started to cry, she felt the warm tears fill her eyes, as Lizzie pulled her into a hug. Josie immediately melted into the hug her sister offered.
