3 weeks after the fainting incident and boy they have been piling up. One time Josie almost threw up during a school event, and another time Josie almost fainted in PE which didn't help her case. Lizzie knew her sister couldn't keep lying about being on her period or being sick.
Lizzie hated spilling secrets about her family. Sure she loved to gossip but that's about other people, not people she holds dear in her heart.
But this time Lizzie had to spill her twin's secret, for the sake of Josie. That's what Lizzie told herself as she walked up to her mother's office. Josie couldn't live like this, especially when her stomach started growing and Hope deserves to know about her child.
Lizzie knocked on the door of her Mothers' office when she finally found the courage to do it.
"Who is it?" Her mother's sweet voice came from the other side. Oh god, it's happening Lizzie thought.
"It's me, Mum," Lizzie said as her mother opened the office door.
"Hey Liz, do you need anything?" Caroline asked as Lizzie walked into her office.
"Yeah, actually I need you to call the Mikaelsons'" Lizzie said turning around to face her mother.
"Why, is something wrong with their daughter?" Caroline asked an eyebrow raised as she went to grab her phone.
"No, but something is wrong with yours" Lizzie answered, as Caroline got on the phone with Klaus Mikaleson.
"Hello, Caroline?" Lizzie heard from the other side of the line.
"Hello, Klaus. I need you and you're family to come into town, now" Caroline said in a voice rushed.
"Why, is something wrong with Hope?" Klaus asked from the other line, his voice was angrier than before.
"That I don't know, just come as soon as possible," Caroline said as she hung the phone up.

Hope was having an average day before she was called into the headmaster's office, Now she was sitting with her whole family + Lizzie Saltzman and Caroline Salvatore. Hope sat next to her mother and father, right in between them on the small sofa.
"So what's the issue?" Hope asked the blonde mother and daughter.
"Um- okay, so Josieispregnantwithhopeschild" Lizzie blurted out, her eyes shut tightly as the words slipped out of her mouth.
"What?" Hope's mother, Hayley asked. Lizzie took a deep breath and repeated the words slowly.
"Josie, My twin sister, is pregnant with Hope Mikaleson's child" Lizzie repeated slowly and calmly, as well as calm as Lizzie Saltzman can get.
"Impossible," Klaus said, "she's lying," he said, earning a glare from Caroline.
"Josie wouldn't lie about this, Klaus," Caroline said as she glanced at Hope.
"But that isn't possible, because Hope activated her vampire side" Hayley said glancing at her daughter.
"It is possible that her werewolf side took place, like with you Klaus, but I don't know how it would work without a sperm" Freya said from the armchair in the corner.
Hope was freaking out in the corner. She was going to be a mother with her childhood crush.
"When did she find out?" Hope asked, interrupting the family banter around her.
"5 weeks ago" Lizzie answered. Hope closed her eyes at Lizzie's words.
"Hope, it's going to be okay. we'll talk to Josie and figure this out" Hayley said consoling her only daughter. That's when a knock on the door came.
"Who could that be?" Caroline mumbled as Lizzie went to open the door, when she opened the door, Josie Saltzman stood on the other side dressed in her school uniform with a wide smile on her face. The smile wiped off her face when she saw Hope and the Mikaelson family.
"Lizzie....How could you?!" Josie yelled causing random books in the room started to float up in the room.
"Jo...you need help" Lizzie said ducking under flying books. Josie scoffed at her sister's words and bolted right out of the door. Hope was the first one to react to Josie bolting out the door and followed Josie right behind her.
"Josie please" Hope yelled, vamp speeding in front of Josie, "I'm faster than you and you shouldn't be running" Hope said.
"I'm so sorry Hope," Josie said falling to the ground in the hallway.
"You have nothing to be sorry for" Hope said falling to her knees, holding Josie.

Josie was currently sleeping, sleeping where? on Hope Mikaelson's lap. Josie was sleeping silently and peacefully as Hope was thinking while stroking Josie's soft brown hair. Klaus, Hayley and Caroline were silently watching from the side as the rest of the Mikaelson's were back at the Mikaelson Mansion.
"What's the plan?" Hope whispered, looking up at the three adults.
"Jo has to have the baby" Hayley answered, coming to sit next to Hope.
"I know, it's just that she's been fainting and I think it's about the baby," Hope said, looking at Caroline.
"The baby is probably a siphoner" Caroline answered.
"I'll ask Freya," Klaus said while his eyes rolled back.
"Thank you, Dad," Hope said while her eyes teared up.
