Josie was casually watching a movie with her aunt, mother and twin sister when her water broke.
"Why is it we- AHHHHHHH JOSIE-" Lizzie started panicking, waving her hands in the air as her aunt Elena paused the TV.
"Josie, what's wrong," Her aunt Bonnie asked, her voice sweet but filled with concern.
"I think my water broke," Josie said. With that, she was ushered off to the local hospital with a panicked mother, an excited-to-be aunt sister, a completely calm Aunt Elena and Aunt Bonnie.

Once reaching the hospital Elena went inside and brought out a wheelchair. She pushed Josie to the maternity ward, after getting her checked in. Lizzie waltzed in when Josie finished putting on her hospital gown.
"Mum's calling dad, Uncle Damon, Hope and her family," Lizzie said as Josie lowered herself onto the hospital bed. "Are you doing okay Jo?" Lizzie asked as she got up to hold her twin sister's hand.
"I'm not ready but this baby is siphoning the shit out of me, so now or ever," Josie said, sweat building on her forehead. The doctor knocked on the door of Josie's hospital room. She asked a couple of questions, then proceeded to check Josie's heartbeat and how far her contractions were after the nurse set up the machines next to her.
When the doctor left Josie, Lizzie and Caroline, Hope rushed into the room.
"Me and Lizzie will be outside" Caroline said, smiling at Hope, and with that, she dragged Lizzie out of the hospital room.
"I got here as fast as I could," Hope said once Caroline and Lizzie left.
"I know you did, but that must be hard with all of your family members here" Josie chuckled.
"Yeah I know, they all insisted on coming here" Hope smiled sitting in the empty armchair. "My father, mother, aunt and uncles are all compelling the whole hospital"
"Why?" Josie asked, a small chuckle coming after.
"Because you're giving birth to a tribrid siphoner baby girl" Hope answered, a smile evident on her face.
"Oh yeah," Josie muttered, clearly forgetting who she was giving birth to. The couple fell into an awkward silence.
"How are you, Jo??" Hope asked, standing up and breaking the awkward silence between them.
"I've definitely been better" Josie chuckled, Suddenly the door abruptly opened.
"Jeez Rebekah, learn to knock" Hayley Marshall's voice complained, Rebekah, Freya, Hayley and Davina came through.
"Hello, Love. We've come to check up on you" Rebekah beamed, holding a gift bag in her hand.
"Oh um really?" Josie said. The Mikaelson ladies nod as Rebekah places the gift bag down.
"So how are you feeling Josie?" Hayley asked with a smile on her face.
"been better" Josie replied.
"well that's bad, we just popped in to see how you were doing. We're going down to get some food, want anything, Josie?" Rebekah smiled at the brunette twin. Josie shook her head, and with that, the women left the same way they came.
"look- I'm sorry about them," Hope said, looking embarrassed.
"Don't be," Josie said, yawning.
"you must be tired. Sleep Jos" And with Hope's words, Josie fell into a deep slumber.
