Josie woke up that evening feeling like she had fallen off a mountain and banged her head. The brunette woke up to her sister Lizzie next to her with a bowl of steaming hot soup, a cup of tea, and a bottle of pills all placed neatly on a tray from the school cafeteria.
"What happened??" Josie asked rubbing her head, she vividly remembered walking into the common room and trying to find her sister, to see if she could drive Josie to her next doctor's appointment. Then she remembered passing out on the floor.
"You passed out, I think it's because of the baby," Lizzie said getting up and placing the tray on Josie's lap. Josie mumbled a small thank you to her twin sister. "I ran down to Auntie's house and got some pills for you" Lizzie said pointing to the pills on her twin's tray.
"Thank You, Liz," Josie said gratefully, looking at her sister.
"Anytime, but hey these things are perks of being a heretic," Lizzie said turning to her closet, to grab a pair of PJs.
"To get me pregnancy pills?" Josie asked in a chuckle as her sister shrugged her shoulders.
"Also Jo, I think your spell wore off," Lizzie said, "I can hear their heartbeat" She ended off with as she went into their shared bathroom. Josie cursed under her breath, she decided that she would put the spell on in the morning. and with that, Josie dug into her vegetable soup.
By the time Josie finished her dinner, her sister came out of the bathroom.
"Wow you ate that so fast" Lizzie commented, "are you not eating?" Lizzie suddenly asked sitting on her bed.
"What!, of course, I am Lizzie, I care about my child and myself" Josie said her mouth almost agape.
"I know, I know, it's just- you fainted so I thought-" Lizzie started but got cut off by her sister.
"Look, Liz, I get it. I'm fine don't worry" Josie said standing up, to grasp her sister's hand. Lizzie smiled at her, as Josie fell back on her bed.
"Also, Hope Mikaelson carried you back up here," Lizzie said as she fell asleep.
"WHAT?" Josie exclaimed at the back of the blonde's head.
"LIZZIE" Josie exclaimed falling back down on her bed. What The Hell, is all Josie thought that night.

Josie and Lizzie were walking down the hallways of the Salvatore Boarding School when they passed a group of girls in their year.
"Did you hear! Marie said that Josie Saltzman Is pregnant!!" The blonde one said to the group.
"What? how does she know?" The red-haired one asked.
"Josie Saltzman had some spell and it wore off when she fainted, some of the vamps heard it" The blonde answered.
Josie stops dead in her tracks, What the fuck?.
That's when Hope Mikaelson came up to her.
"Josie, are you okay?" Hope asked, Thank goodness. She hadn't heard the rumour yet.
"I'm fine, thank you" Josie answered politely walking to where her sister was waiting for her.
"Wait Jo" Hope called out. "Are those rumours and lies true?" The aburnette asked.
"no, they're just rumours and lies" Josie answered, smiling at the tribrid.
